The US satellites have detected some movements around the first site of their blast possibly signaling a second, but there has been no unusual activity between the border of north korea and china.

The UN must deal with Russia when it considers doing anything against Iran. The UN has no power; the EU is more powerful than the UN because the EU is east and the UN is West. But, that's my opinion; we'll see what happens.

What date were the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki? August 6 and 9, 1945

My question is, if these al-Queada people want to rid the world of the policies and practices of the US and Israel, why do they warn their Muslim brothers in the US? It really makes no sense, but of course, these tyoe of people have no mind. My opinion is, this is just a bunch of hogwash. Games being played by little kids who had their lollypops taken from them. And they want to write about it so they can remember what the lollypop tasted like. Oh, and it is halloween.

CBS/AP) North Korea said Tuesday the United Nations effectively declared war on the country when it imposed sanctions for the North's nuclear test.

North Korea wants "peace but is not afraid of war," the North's Foreign Ministry said in a statement carried by the official Korean Central News Agency.

The U.N. Security Council "resolution cannot be construed otherwise than a declaration of a war," the ministry said, calling the sanctions "a product of the U.S. hostile policy toward" North Korea.

The News - International, Pakistan

TOKYO: In the wake of Japan‚s sanctions on North Korea, North Korea completed Saturday the evacuation of its citizens from Japan.

North Korean ships packed up their final loads of rusty old bicycles and used household appliances and prepared to go home Friday after Japan approved tough new sanctions over the communist country's declared nuclear test.

The opposite is what should be done. More trade, not less. More supplies of the right food, the right clothing, the right building materials. What is the world security people thinking? They will cause a war. Same thing with Iran and their atomic power. Domination is what these people like Olmert and Bush are thinking. Oppression is what Kim Jung Il is tired of. He is in control of a people and his people are being oppressed. The dog is starting to shake. Wal-Mart is buying $1 billion dollars worth of selling power in China now and if China stops relations with North Korea, what will happen then? Does Wal-Mart sell nuclear material?

Rice also reaffirmed Washington's commitment to the defense of Japan, its top ally in the region and home to 50,000 U.S. troops. North Korea's nuclear test last week has raised concerns of an arms race in the region.

So are we saying to N. Korea if you want a war, we'll give you one?
