Dear Larry,
This 3.3 quake hit directly on the San Andreas Fault. Parkfield is a main geological monitoring area for the USGS because of where quakes have ruptured the fault in the past.

Southern San Andreas fault waiting to explode: report

LONDON (Reuters) - The southern end of the San Andreas fault near Los Angeles, which has been still for more than two centuries, is under immense stress and could produce a massive earthquake at any moment, a scientist said on Wednesday.
Yuri Fialko, of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography at La Jolla, California, said that given average annual movement rates in other areas of the fault, there could be enough pent-up energy in the southern end to trigger a cataclysmic jolt of up to 10 meters (32 ft).

I knew that the underlying ground structure had collapsed and everything west of the San Andreas Fault had disappeared into the sea. As the Witnesses headed east-northeast, the earth tore itself apart behind them, as more and more collapsed into the raging tsunamis. Eventually a new West Coastal area was formed near present day St. George, Utah. The high mountains of Zion National Park formed the first line of refuge.
This ended the first dream.

We were 25 miles due west of the most northern end of the San Andreas fault line. The next morning as I awoke this is what I heard and saw in the spirit that is coming.
There is coming an earthquake along this San Andreas fault. I saw the ground splitting apart in places and the opening of great crevices. Out of the crevices were coming forth whirlwinds, and twisters. I saw this fault line starting at San Andreas and going down the state and curving over through the south eastern desert of California. It reminded me of the tail of a scorpion?!!! That is what I saw...
This is what I sensed: God is in this, as the earth quakes it will open up the deep places to expose the darkness and to bring a new level of light in our hearts and lives. The twisters represent the winds of adversity, but God will be in the wind and protect His own. Psalm 91:7 "A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look...."
