For the first time in years, Israel has received intelligence regarding a possible Syrian attack launched from Syrian soil, the Galil Report has learned.
Usually when Damascus wants to instigate conflict in the Israeli-Palestinian arena, it uses surrogates, such as Syria- and Iran-backed Hezbollah along Israel's northern border or the various Palestinian terror groups to which it funnels aid and directions through Hezbollah agents.
Israel also has intelligence indicating Damascus has activated Hezbollah and has ordered the Palestinian terror groups it aids to commit a major attack within the next seven days.
