Believe it when I see it.
In light of current events I would say it is a smigg too late.
Even if they do recognize them, all they are saying in effect, is that they will recognize their right to exist until the sanctions are lifted, they can fund a proper army, and then are strong enough to fight Israel. Then, they will try to 'wipe the off the map'. Oh, and Israel said, "No deal".
