China will most likely be the main strategic partner of the Russian Federation in terms of military-technical cooperation, Konstantin Makiyenko, deputy director of the Center of the Strategies and Technologies Analysis, says.
“The Russian-Chinese relations have become much closer of late, as well as military and political standing points. Beijing is intensifying efforts to modernize its Armed Forces, which results in rapid growth of defense expenses and makes China the main strategic partner of Russia in military-technical cooperation,” Makiyenko told Interfax-Military News Agency Monday....

Yes, they seem to be buddy, buddy these days, and both of them with Iran too.....hummmm.....powers of the north conversing with powers from the east......Sound prophetic to me!

to cut to the chase what are ther tecnical caper bilits look to me they may have some good inventions not for war but for pease whos in the know?
and the econnomic could be an add vantage in a propergander sence spend a lot of money on nothing i wonder if they would loan it out to a multipliyer to get it back tenfold and a little exstra on top under the table that without the spiritual blessing do they want to talk terms?

China's actions are very disturbing. They have been continnuously expanding their military. Thier Asian neighbors are very much worried of China's intentions.
