I don't know about you guys but I am getting to a point where I am about to explode with rage!.

The camel that broke the straws back is Tom Cruise forcing a TV network to remove an episode of 'South Park' which pokes fun at his precious Scientology. So why didnt they remove the episode where they poked fun at Jesus?????

What with leaders of the western world bowing down to Muslims and their beliefs it seems Yeshua/Jesus and Christianity is being pushed aside to accommodate other 'religions' and cults.

I will be writing a letter to a national british newspaper in the hope that it shall be published. As soon as I have completed it then I will post the letter on here and would appreciate any comments or additions before I send it off.

I actually watched that episode online since it was being talked about so much. The one reason I stopped watching Southpark (a long time ago) was the episode where it poked fun of Jesus. You're absolutely right about how people can get away with blasphemy and Jesus, but as soon as the Mohammed is made fun of - WOW, watch out! Did they make an episode about Islam and the prophet Mohammed? I doubt! They would have feared for their lives!!

What about the Mormon episode, do you remember that one?

Isaac Hayes, self proclaimed minister, is also boycotting the Southpark thing here locally. I never watched the show, didn't care to watch it. To me, it was kinda, STUPID, anyway!

And, you are right Marta, when they (Southpark producers) step on those muslims' toes, those muslims are going to get very vendictive.....they go around blowing themselves and innocent people up in the name of allah. Who is this allah guy they keep talking about anyway? Oh! yes, now I remember, false prophet. Doesn't like christians and Jews, or anyone else for that matter. We are all just a bunch of infidels to them anyway. Oh! Well. GOD is STILL in CONTROL! Amen.

You know what, I have friends that told me I should watch Southpark.
They said it is hilarious.
And wouldn't you know it, the episode I watched was the mocking of my
Lord.
Oh I felt sick. Still do, I definitely cannot watch that show.

I too feel like I could explode some days.
Truly can't stand the way things are going on in this earth.

Rosie is right, Jesus said that it would happen....but that doesn't make it any easier to watch.

The more it is allowed in public, the more I shy away from public. I am not a fighter by nature and so I flee. Now, I pick and choose the company I keep and ask alot of questions before I purchase a book or watch a movie. Rating is not everything now because you can calmly, without violence, baspheme and it will not be called cursing.

If I have to endure one more "regular" show going on in the next room with my husband watching, and hear them use His name I will scream. The door is shu;t and my children are not allowed in. Now you see why Mennonites don't own TVs.

Amen Leia, it's just disgusting to even own a television set these days... anything goes. I would rather read the Bible. I once saw three minutes of SouthPark and it made me ill.

I am shying away from so many things anymore. I just have to. I want to follow our Lord so much. Things are just going to get tougher, but thank God we have Him to lean on. And I thank God I have all of you here to lean on too.
