Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's speech in Tehran last fall, in which he called for Israel to be wiped off the face of the earth, got a healthy amount of coverage by the international media.

Yet, despite the number of stories published and broadcast, a key element of that address to 'The World Without Zionism" conference was overlooked, ignored – spiked, if you will – by major press organizations, according to a new report in Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

It wasn't just a world without Zionism and Israel that Ahmadinejad and his friends in Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad and other terrorist groups were envisioning. It was a world without the United States of America.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In this case, it is literally true. Examine for yourself the photos published here of Ahmadinejad addressing the Tehran conference Oct. 26, 2005.

Some of them will look very familiar. Those showing the Iranian president gesticulating at a podium showing the name of the conference were published worldwide – from Al-Jazeera to the Associated Press. But those showing a wider view – and the complete poster for the event – are getting their biggest audience yet here in G2B.

It is worth noting that Ahmadinejad didn't just stroll up to the podium. The Iranian government actually produced the visual aids you see here.

Yes, that is a ball representing the USA cracked at the bottom of that hourglass — with another representing Israel falling later.

It wasn't just the imagery of the conference that was overlooked, ignored, unreported and underplayed by the world press. It was also the anti-American substance of Ahmadinejad's speech.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

"Is it possible for us to witness a world without America and Zionism?" he asked. "But you had best know that this slogan and this goal are attainable, and surely can be achieved."

What is he talking about?

Iran has developed a strategic "war preparation plan" for what it calls the "destruction of Anglo-Saxon civilization."

Israel isn't all Iran wants destroyed
by Michael G. Mickey

(1-21-06)

A lot has been going on with Iran lately, especially where Israel's existence is concerned, but WorldNetDaily has given the United States something new to consider - something that had better be taken very seriously!

In an article entitled "Is Iran already at war with U.S.?", the following words caught my attention, especially after I'd viewed the attached photographic evidence produced by the Iranian government:

In spite of Iran's open desire to see both Israel and the United States wiped from the face of the earth, the US is presently in bed with the international Quartet, the collective goal of which is to divide up Israel's covenant lands among its enemies in the interest of a peace that is never going to come, playing to the wishes of the Iranians, Osama Bin Laden, and every other Islamic terrorist on earth!

Earlier this week, while US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice was meeting with EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana in Washington, the two of them snubbing the Almighty's covenant with the Jewish people as they chatted about the Middle East peace process, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad visited with Syrian leaders in Damascus "to consolidate an old alliance made increasingly crucial as both countries face mounting U.S. pressure and the threat of international sanctions", according to an Associated Press story.

Not only did Iran's Ahmadinejad firm things up with the Syrian regime, he "pledged support to militant Palestinian factions at a meeting with their leaders in Damascus" on Friday, as seen in a Reuters story. Yes, the same Palestinians the United States wants the Israeli government to give land to in the interest of Middle East peace!

It's like a bad dream, isn't it?

Iran is seeking nuclear weapons under the leadership of a president who openly stood in front of a poster made by his government depicting the United States shattered at the bottom of an hourglass with Israel falling shortly behind. The title at the top of the poster? "The world without Zionism." Syria, another thorn in both Israel and the United States' side, is backing a nuclear Iran, according to a Telegraph article, and both Iran and Syria are sponsoring terrorism, particularly Palestinian terrorism!

Speaking of Syria and Iran's sponsorship of Palestinian terror, Tel Aviv was struck by a suicide bombing this week which Israel says it has "decisive proof" that Iran and Syria are guilty of complicity in, as seen in a BBC report. Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz is quoted in the report as saying the recent Tel Aviv bombing "was financed by Tehran, planned in Syria and carried out by Palestinians", tying all of the usual terrorist suspects together - the same ones the United States of America is allegedly engaged in a "war on terrorism" against yet wants to see have their way where the possession of Israel's God-given covenant lands are concerned. As I stated a bit earlier, it's like a bad dream, isn't it?

As bad as it is now, things may yet get worse. Why do I say that? Because only two of the four nations I've spoken of in today's commentary, Iran and Israel, are definitively pictured in Bible prophecy when the Gog-Magog invasion described in Ezekiel 38 & 39 plays out in the prophetic future. Syria is nowhere to be seen and finding the United States in Bible prophecy is difficult to say the least.

Hopefully, the absence of a United States-like player having much of a role, if any, when the future Gog-Magog invasion takes place is indicative that the Rapture of the Church has occurred, leaving the United States a non-factor. Syria's absence, on the other hand, may be explained by Isaiah 17:1 which tells us Damascus, the longest continuously-inhabited city on the planet according to many, is going to someday be "taken away from being a city", and be left "a ruinous heap."

If you are, as I am, presently living in the United States and have nothing particular to pray about when you lay your head down tonight, consider asking the Lord to open the eyes of our nation's leaders so they may see what is plainly clear. If we, as a nation, don't separate ourselves from the absolute insanity of appeasing Israel's enemies, the very act of which places our nation in opposition to God Himself, whose divine help we desperately need in this hour of darkness, we are potentially going to come up a big loser in the "war on terror." Why? Because Israel isn't all Iran hopes to see destroyed someday. The United States is in Iran's crosshairs as well - crosshairs that may soon be nuclear.

Psalms 122:6: Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

Pray, Christians! Pray!

Israeli Hints at Preparation to Stop Iran

JERUSALEM (AP) - Israel's defense minister hinted Saturday that the Jewish state is preparing for military action to stop Iran's nuclear program, but said international diplomacy must be the first course of action.

"Israel will not be able to accept an Iranian nuclear capability and it must have the capability to defend itself, with all that that implies, and this we are preparing," Shaul Mofaz said.

His comments at an academic conference stopped short of overtly threatening a military strike but were likely to add to growing tensions with Iran.

Germany's defense minister said in an interview published Saturday that he is hopeful of a diplomatic solution to the impasse over Iran's nuclear program, but argued that "all options" should remain open.

Asked by the Bild am Sonntag weekly whether the threat of a military solution should remain in place, Franz Josef Jung was quoted as responding: "Yes, we need all options."

French President Jacques Chirac said Thursday that France could respond with nuclear weapons against any state-sponsored terrorist attack.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi said Saturday that Chirac's threats reflect the true intentions of nuclear nations, the official Islamic Republic News Agency reported.

"The French president uncovered the covert intentions of nuclear powers in using this lever (nuclear weapons) to determine political games," IRNA quoted Asefi as saying.

Israel long has identified Iran as its biggest threat and accuses Tehran of pursuing nuclear weapons. Iran says its atomic program is peaceful.

Iran broke U.N. seals at a uranium enrichment plant Jan. 10 and said it was resuming nuclear research after a 2 1/2-year freeze. Germany, France and Britain said two days later that talks aimed at halting Iran's nuclear progress were at a dead end and called for Iran's referral to the U.N. Security Council.

The International Atomic Energy Agency, the U.N. nuclear watchdog, will meet Feb. 2 to discuss possible referral.

Israel's Mofaz said sanctions and international oversight of Iran's nuclear program stood as the "correct policy at this time."

In Germany, Jung called himself "confident that there will be a diplomatic solution in the case of Iran."

Israeli leaders have also repeatedly said they hope the crisis can be resolved through diplomacy, and they said any military action would have to be part of an international effort. They have denied having plans for a unilateral preventive strike.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said Tehran might still agree to Moscow's offer to move its uranium enrichment program to Russia, a step backed by the United States and Europeans as a way to resolve the deadlock.

Israel's concerns about Iran have grown since the election of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who said last year that Israel should be "wiped off the map."

On Friday, Iran's Students News Agency reported Friday that Central Bank governor Ebrahim Sheibani said Iran had begun moving its foreign currency reserves from European banks and transferring them to an undisclosed location as protection against possible U.N. sanctions.

Sheibani backed away Saturday from his statement that the transfers were already underway, and Iran's Central Bank said there had been no change in its currency policy.

Estimates put Iranian funds in Europe at as much as $50 billion.

Iran calls Israeli threats a game

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JPost Staff and associated press, THE JERUSALEM POST Jan. 22, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Director of Military Intelligence, Maj.-Gen. Amos Yadlin, said at the cabinet meeting on Sunday that if sanctions were to be imposed on Iran, the world should still avoid forcing an oil embargo on the country.

According to Yadlin, an oil embargo would cause more harm than good.

The intelligence chief proposed other steps against Iran, such as limiting Iranian citizen's freedom of travel, as well as preventing Iranian diplomats from traveling.

Earlier Sunday Iran said Israel would be making a "fatal mistake" should it resort to military action against Teheran's nuclear program and dismissed veiled threats from the Jewish state as a "childish game."

On Saturday, Israel repeated its stand on the issue, saying it would not accept a nuclear Iran under any circumstances and was preparing for the possible failure of diplomatic efforts.

While Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz stopped short of an outright threat of military action, he said Israel "must have the capability to defend itself...and this we are preparing."

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi said Israel was only trying to add to Western pressure on Iran to give up its nuclear program.

"We consider Mofaz's comments a form of psychological warfare. Israel knows just how much of a fatal mistake it would be (to attack Iran)," Asefi told reporters. "This is just a childish game by Israel."

Israel views Iran as its biggest threat and has joined Washington in charging that Teheran is trying to building nuclear weapons. Iran says its nuclear program is for electricity generation.

Asefi's threats were not limited to Israel. He said dialogue was the best way to settle the dispute and issued a harsh warning to European powers to resume talks.

"We advise them [Europe] not to choose any path except dialogue. If there is a retribution to be paid, that will include Europe too," Asefi said, adding that Iran plans to continue cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Last week, European powers drafted a resolution calling for Iran's referral to the UN Security Council to resolve its nuclear issue. The resolution, however, stopped short of calling for sanctions.

Subject: Four Corners Media Vision ~ by Larry Taylor

This morning while prayerfully
considering this last weeks events,
I had a quick vision:

" I saw the Earth and I saw a huge
angel assigned at each of the FOUR
CORNERS OF THE EARTH [Isaiah 11:12]
and I saw what looked like LIGHTNING flash, over and over,
from each of the FOUR CORNERS OF
THE EARTH [Isaiah 11:12] and this
LIGHTNING did descend in a flash to
the Earth and splintered; going all
over the Earth, flash after flash !

I saw many peoples on the Earth that were dark in color/spirit,
cover their eyes, as they could
not look at this lightning which
flashed so brightly over the Earth.

I saw many of the people dark in
color/spirit try to run for cover
and hide as the lightning flashed!
No weapon of man, nor the gates of
Hell itself, could stop this flash
of lightning from going across the
Earth.

However, I saw many people, that
were scattered across the world,
in every nation ~ a scattered
people look up and receive this
marvelous light and smile!!!

This was a "Wake-Up" call and a
timed event in prophetic history,
that will involve God's angels,
and His people prepared for this
time, upon the Earth ~ and it can
not be stopped ~ for those people
whom God has chosen will serve His
call, even unto Death!

The flash of LIGHTNING that came
down upon the Earth and was sent
in all directions to reach God's
scattered people was: " TRUTH " ...

And the "MEDIA" God has chosen to
send this TRUTH thru ~ will know
what the word MEDIA means !!!

It is a special WATCHMAN calling
who's time has come......! "

God speed to all those called in
this work -- It is time NOW !

Iran Allocates Over $100 Million for Hizbullah, Islamic Jihad
Saturday, January 21, 2006 / 21 Tevet 5766

The Lebanese-based terror organization Hizbullah is supported by Iran to the tune of US$100 million per year. $10 million also made its way last year from Iran to the Islamic Jihad.

The extent of Iranian support for Lebanese and Palestinian Authority-based terrorist organizations was revealed by Defense Minister Sha'ul Mofaz Saturday night, in a lecture he delivered at the annual Herzliya Conference. Mofaz noted that on Friday, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad held talks in Damascus with representatives of Hizbullah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine during a visit he paid to Syrian dictator Bashar Al-Assad.

Mofaz called Assad and Ahmadinejad "representatives of the Axis of Evil," saying that their meeting was "a summit for terror." Ahmadinejad made the trip to Syria, according to the defense minister, "to be sure that the terrorism against Israel would not slow down for a moment, and would even increase." In this regard, Mofaz said that Iran supports public relations efforts for the Hizbullah, supplies the organization with weapons and funds its activities with about $100 million per year. Part of that sum also makes its way to terrorists in the Palestinian Authority, Mofaz said.

In addition, Iran separately funded the PA-based Islamic Jihad with $10 million in 2005. This figure, the defense minister noted, is twice the Iranian budget allocation for it in 2004. Most recently, Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing on Thursday in south Tel Aviv, in which 30 people were injured, and for a rocket it claimed was fired at Ashkelon on Saturday.

"The regime of the president of Iran, Ahmadinejad, supports terrorism in the Middle East through the supply of rockets that threaten population centers in this country, sends money for terrorism, and supplies training and know-how to the Middle Eastern [terror] organizations," Defense Minister Mofaz said.

Addressing comments to the Iranian leader, Mofaz, who was himself born in Iran, warned, "It would be to your benefit to take a look at history and see what became of those who tried to exterminate the Jewish people. I know the Iranian people - and more than a little - and a large part of it does not recognize its leader's opinions."

In addition, Defense Minister Mofaz stated that Israel will not tolerate Iran completing its nuclear reactor, as Tehran continues nuclear enrichment efforts. Israel, Mofaz said, "must be prepared to defend itself, with all that that implies." In that regard, he added, "An international effort must be promoted against Iran, which supports terrorism and denies the Holocaust."
