Hurricane Epsilon continues to puzzle scientists since it persists and was forecasted to have dissapeared by now. Latest is that it will head southernly west. See narrative link

However, this takes Epsilon towards the Canary Islands of La Palma. If you are not familiar with La Palma the location is of geological significance as many scientist monitor the islands for earthquakes. La Palma is predicted to one day set off a mega tsunami that would hit the entire US eastern seaboard (there was a recent thread posted on this board about La Palma too).
I find it very interesting that God would bring these two phenomena at a cross road, so-to-speak; an intersection. There's a large volcanic land mass that is already subject to a high amount of annual rainfall and scientists say high rains only add to the instability of the land mass. The rain water would shed off over the course of year so as to not preempt a landslide into the sea. However, Epsilon's rains could only add more water and possibly worsen things.
Hopefully, Epsilon will just pass away without event over La Palma. Either way, God is in control. May the Lord be Glorified.
