I find it a bit fasinating the similarity of these 4 when it comes to speaking to the people...

Moses was given Aaron to speak for him....

McCain speech is a slip on the banana peel....He trips over himself trying to get to the punch line to quickly...

Palin on the other hand can belt out a speech....

Also, Moses and Aaron went up against the Pharaoh, the government of Egypt...

Just so happens McCain and Palin are talking about going up against the ways of our government and turn it upside down....

We just happen to also be in a time of needing a rescue from the ills of greed in our nation....

Strauss and Howe note a possible parallel with Moses-Joshua – “children of Israel” and Nestor-Agamemnon-Odysseus-Telemachus. At the last secular crisis, the alignment was: FDR, Marshall, etc (Idealist); Truman, Bradley, Eisenhower, etc (Reactive); millions of GIs, including every future President in office from 1/20/1961 to 1/20/1993 (Civic); and children who would become the “Silent Generation” (Adaptive). That's basically the classic outline of Tolkienian fantasy. The Old Generation was greatest, they beat the Real Bad Guys and did Mighty Works, and though the job was done, and the current generation is taken by surprise when the enemy reappears, and though they beat it back, none of that era can achieve what their forefathers could. We have a freedom of speech in the USA and government cannot tell me what to say and where to say it...If they tried it would abolish my 1st Admentment rights...Some 501 C 3 church's are now beginning to fight this amendment to the books that state, we as a 501 C 3 are not to "Take a side" so to speak. That strips the freedom of speech out of our hands.

But we are all living in this fleshly body D08, and we ALL fall short of HIS glory. If we didn't stumble a time or two, then Jesus would not have had to die on the cross for the atonement of all sins once and for all.
