We Must Agree
Daily Golden Footprints
We Must Agree
Wednesday, October 08, 2008

When we joined this army we had the benefit of knowing that the battle was already ours. Jesus had already won the war. However, we still have to fight many battles for our faith. The mind is our battleground.
(2 Corinthians 10:3) For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(2 Corinthians 10:4) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;)
(2 Corinthians 10:5) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

The Israelites were promised a Promised Land, but it didn’t stop the fact that there were giants in the land to be subdued. This is a type and shadow of our problems to be conquered today.

God has already won the war over the enemy to win back our rights and freedom but we have to go after the giants by faith in order to walk in the promised land.
(Colossians 2:15) And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

One of our most powerful weapons available to us today is the power of agreement. (Matthew 18:19) Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

There is proven power in agreement. These next scriptures tell us that one person alone can put one thousand devils to flight but in agreement the power multiplies. (Lev 26:

Sometimes this battle can get rough, but we have the weapon of agreement in our arsenal. We just have to come into agreement. Why do you think that satan works so hard to bring strife and confusion? He understands the power of agreement.

I believe that one of the most powerful forms of agreement is in your marriage. You two have become one flesh. This is not a natural thing. Our natural coming together is symbolic of our Spiritual joining. This is a powerful agreement. I believe that if the two of you will use your weapon of agreement, you will see more and greater successes. Before your spouse comes into this revelation, you just keep on going in Christ. It will happen.

Sometimes when you are physically feeling the battle, then the power of agreement is just what you need. If you are not feeling the pain in your own body, sometimes you can act in faith better for the other person or vise versa. Another person is likely not being hindered by what you are feeling physically.

In James 5:14, he told us to call for the elders of the Church, anoint him with oil and the prayer of faith shall save the sick. That is a prayer of agreement as well.

Although the Word is definitely talking about the physical agreement between two human beings, He is also talking about your agreement with the Word of God, the blood of Jesus and the name of Jesus. Come into agreement with these things as well. In John 15:7 He said, “if you abide in me and my Words abide in you” which is a very effective form of agreement. You are agreeing with the Word of God. To meditate on the promises of God and to mentally and spiritually agree with them is a powerful weapon against the fiery darts of the enemy.

By praying the Word of God, you are coming into agreement with the Word of God. (1 John 5:14) And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us. (1 John 5:15) And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. By praying in the Spirit, you are putting yourself in agreement with the perfect will of God. Jude 20, “But ye beloved, building up your most holy faith praying in the Holy Ghost.”

In (Mark 16:20) And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. He was telling them yet another way to come into agreement. You are agreeing with the Word of God, then He is doing the confirmation part. How does God confirm His Word? With signs following, of course! You do your part of the agreement and He will always do His part. He is not a man that He is even capable of a lie.

Another thing that you need to come into agreement with is His name. (Acts 3:16) And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. (John 20:31) But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

Come into agreement with the finished work of Calvary. It has already been accomplished and is available to you. Come into agreement with the blood of the lamb. (Revelation 12:11) And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. By coming into agreement, you are recognizing what He did for you and the authority that you now have as a result of it.

Agree with His Word and His name. It works.

This next scriptures tells us what happens when we are not in agreement. (James 3:16) For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. Strife and confusion bring on every evil work. Lack of agreement can be the very open door that the enemy finds to block us from the promises.
Deuteronomy 28:15 through the end of the chapter tells us what is in store for us if we do not come into agreement with His Word, whereas 1-14 tell us what we are entitled to if we do come into agreement with His promises.

Make it your choice to come into agreement. Agreement is a very powerful weapon in our arsenal. (Deuteronomy 30:19) I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live. It is a choice that you have to make for yourself right now, today. And it is a choice that you have to make again and again with every thought you have. Proverbs 23:7 …as he thinketh in his heart, so is he. You have to choose what you think.

Decide right now to choose to agree with the blood of the lamb, the Word, the will and the way of the Lord, and all His promises.

One last nugget from the Lord: God will soon be transferring wealth into the hands of the Christians to use for His kingdom. It is not to heap it upon you’re your own lusts but to use in His Kingdom. (Proverbs 13:22) A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

Come into agreement with His Word about your vision and about giving into His kingdom. (Habakkuk 2:2) And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. (Habakkuk 2:3) For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

When the widow lady agreed with the man of God and gave her last gift, she was sustained through out the famine. Come into agreement with the Lord when He speaks to you. It is a powerful weapon.

In Him,

Don’t let the enemy sidetrack you. Don’t let the enemy have any of your attention. Focus on Me. See the dawn of a new day, a new hour, as I open all sorts of possibilities to you. That is the kind of God I am. I have an infinite supply of wonders to display to My beloved, an infinite number. Don’t settle for less. Don’t settle for a cheap copy. Seek Me. Seek Me first! Be relentless in your pursuit of Me, and know the wonder that comes with your persistence. You will step into the rich quality of My love with both feet, and be enraptured in My embrace. That is something the world cannot supply. That is something to which the world cannot hold a candle. Pursue Me first and know true heart bliss. Pursue Me first and know the wonder of My love. Pursue Me and know the wonder of My all-pervading peace. That is what I have for you, beloved. Pursue Me first. Always pursue Me first and foremost!!!

What the Lord Is Saying Today

October 8, 2008. When my great grandson wants something, he simply reaches toward it and grunts. He is not old enough yet to talk. Guess what, he usually gets that for which he points and grunts if it will not be harmful to him. I jokingly call my wife the queen of grunts. Early in the morning when I go back to bed to commune with her, she usually guides me with her grunts. We laugh a lot about those grunts. Her grunts usually get what she wants or does not want. I say unto you today, only ask and it shall be yours. Let your faith arise to Me and thrill My heart. I am not a man that My eye should be dim or my arm be short. I love pleasing My own.
Psalms 2:8 “Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the ends of the earth as your possession.” Ras Robinson*

October 8, 2008. This is a time for fear. Not the fear of man or the fear of circumstance, but the fear of Me. The fear of man or circumstances brings panic and depression, which causes you to make tainted decisions. You are to have fear of Me. The fear of Me doesn’t cause you to recoil or shrink back. Instead fear of Me strengthens you to stand and run to Me. Fear of Me causes you to be in awe of Me. You will have peace knowing I am in control. I love you and will never leave you. This fear of Me causes peace, and enables you to make wise decisions.
Proverbs 14:26 “In the fear of the LORD there is strong confidence, And his children will have refuge.” Bev Robinson**

WEDNESDAY
And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience:
Romans 5:3

Grace puts us in the realm of glory. There is a glory that rests upon us whenever the Divine enablement of God comes into our lives. We can also glory in tribulation. Tribulation is the normal reaction of the earth to the anointing of God. Tribulation is the result of a child of God taking a stand on the word of God. When we begin to reach out in the grace of God for the promises and the manifestation of the glory of God, there arises a wrestling in the spirit to deny us the promised result of our stand. We can glory in this process, because we learn to draw from yet another fruit of the spirit and another manifestation of His grace. Tribulation works patience, not discouragement. Learn to let the tribulation work something good inside of you. Know that patience perfects and makes us whole. It is a good thing.

**October 8 --- I Kings 10, Philippians 2, Ezekiel 41, Psalms 92-93
LoisFaith2000

The Lord desires to impart to His people supernatural faith that will bring forth the victory of God in your life. It is time for Gods people to cross over into the victory of their God.

God is declaring to us that it is time to cross over into the supernatural realm. It is time for the supernatural to be displayed across our land.

The Lord declares to us from John 14:12 “Greater works than these shall you do because I go to the Father.”

What were the greater works that Jesus spoke about 2,000 years ago? What were the greater works that were to be poured out upon this earth through His people.

When Jesus walked this earth, He healed everyone who came to Him. The blind received their sight, the lame walked, the deaf heard and even the dead were raised. And yet, Jesus said that greater works than these shall we do, because He was going to the Father.

The Lord desires to impart supernatural faith to you that you His people will do those mighty exploits in the Kingdom of our God. The Lord desires to display His glory and His splendor through you.

It’s time to take off the parameters that we’ve set upon ourselves and upon others. The Lord declares that it is time for signs, wonders, miracles and healings to flow throughout this land.

Our God is a supernatural God. All that He does is supernatural. And that God lives within you. You carry within your being supernatural resurrection life - because the Resurrected One lives within you!

The great I Am – the alpha and the omega of our faith lives inside of you.

The Lord will impart His faith to us that will birth a mighty revival throughout this land.

The Lord states to us from Joshua “Every place where your foot steps that I have given unto you.”

Joshua 1: 1-9 “After the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, the LORD said to Joshua son of Nun, Moses' aide: "Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites. I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses. Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates—all the Hittite country—to the Great Sea on the west. No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.

"Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them.

Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

God is preparing His people to go into the land that He has promised to us.

The Lord declares to you that every place where your foot steps that will I give unto you.

No one will be able to stand against you – greater is He who is in you than he that is in the world. The Greater One lives within you. You have all power and all authority dwelling within you – Hallelujah!!

The Lord promises us that He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is a faithful and a merciful God. He exhorts us from His Word, not to be discouraged for the Lord will be with you wherever you go.

It is time to take back the land that the enemy has stolen from you. The Lord will impart His faith into our hearts to fulfill all that the Lord has declared to you in days past.

What is faith? The eleventh chapter of Hebrews deals exclusively with the theme of faith. Its opening verse provides us with the definition of faith.

Heb. 11:1 “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Another translation reads: "Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen".

And still another translation reads: "Now faith means that we are confident of what we hope for, convinced of what we do not see".

This verse tells us two main things about faith. First, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for.” Faith is so real that it is actually called a substance.

Second, faith is “the evidence of things not seen.” Faith deals with things that we cannot see. Faith relates to an invisible realm.

Heb 11:3 “By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.”

In this verse we see the contrast between the things that are seen and the things that are not seen, between the visible and the invisible.

Our natural way of thinking is “seeing is believing.” But the Bible reverses that and declares: “First we must believe, then we will see.”

Faith is having confidence in God, as well as having confidence in His word.

Faith is expecting God to do what He has declared in his word.

Faith is believing what God says and then acting upon it.

Faith is believing that God will accomplish that for which He has stated to us in His word.

Faith is acting upon what the word of God declares – for we are assured that what our God speaks will surely come to pass. It is a supernatural faith - a faith that believes with the heart rather than believing what our physical senses may tell us.

Mark 11:22 states that we are to "Have the faith of God" or "Have God's faith."

Because the Holy Spirit indwells us after we are born again we already have God's faith within us.

Heb. 12:2 states: “looking unto Jesus the author and the perfector of our faith.”

Jesus is the author or the source of our faith

Jesus is the perfector or the finisher of our faith.

Jesus is the alpha and the omega of our faith.

Faith for salvation originates in Christ. Faith for healing originates in Christ. We will have the faith that we need for everything that we face.
Rom. 10:17 “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”
Heb 11:6 - States that without faith it is impossible to please God. So we see that faith is very important to our God.

Faith is saying: “Lord I don’t know how you are going to pull this one off – but you are able. You are able to do exceedingly and abundantly more in and through me than I can imagine.”

It is time that we remove all limitations that we have placed upon our God – for He desires to display His Glory through you.

There is a lost and hurting world out there who are longing to behold the resurrected Christ. Dare to believe that you can do what He has said you can do.

Dare to believe that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. His mighty strength and power is manifest in our weakness.

2 Cor 12: 9-10 (Amplified) But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in [your] weakness.

Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!

So for the sake of Christ, I am well pleased and take pleasure in infirmities, insults, hardships, persecutions, perplexities and distresses; for when I am weak (in human strength], then am I [truly] strong (able, powerful in divine strength).

The Lord is not looking for strong people – no, He is looking for people who have hearts after Him. He will be our strength, He will be your victory.

Our God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly more than we can ask of Him. Hallelujah!! He is the great I Am, who dwells within you.

In these days of upheaval and difficulty we need the power of God in our lives.

Has the power of the most High God come upon you? Have you been baptized in the Holy Spirit and with fire.

The Lord told us before He ascended into Heaven that the disciples should wait in Jerusalem until they received power from on high.

Act 1: 4-8 And while being in their company and eating with them, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem but to wait for what the Father had promised, Of which [He said] you have heard Me speak.

For John baptized with water, but not many days from now you shall be baptized with ([placed in, introduced into) the Holy Spirit. So when they were assembled, they asked Him, Lord, is this the time when You will reestablish the kingdom and restore it to Israel?

He said to them, It is not for you to become acquainted with and know what time brings [the things and events of time and their definite periods] or fixed years and seasons (their critical niche in time), which the Father has appointed (fixed and reserved) by His own choice and authority and personal power.

But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.

That word ‘power’ in the Greek is translated ‘Dunamis’ which literally means dynamite. It is a supernatural power that is imparted to you by the Holy Spirit.

The power of the most high will overshadow you and you will do those mighty exploits of signs, wonders, miracles and healings.

Acts 2:1-4 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

It is time for the people of God to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit in their lives. It is time to cross over into victory.

It is time to see the supernatural of our God come forth.

We His people are declaring to the Lord that we are taking off the limitations that we have placed upon our God.

All that the Lord has declared to you in times past – you will see a fulfillment of in the days that lie ahead.

What is impossible with man is possible with our God. He tells us in Isaiah 55: “He sends forth His Word and it will accomplish what He has sent it forth to do.”

What has God spoken to you about in times past? The Lord watches over His Word to perform it in your life.

Our God is the faithful One. He is King of Kings and He is Lord of Lords. There is nothing too difficult for our God. He loves you with an everlasting love. If our God be for you, who can be against you?

God is for His people, He will take care of you. It is not you who are holding unto your God, but rather it is our God who is holding you.

In the 37 years that I have been walking with the Lord, my testimony is: God is faithful. Because our God is faithful, He will not leave you, nor forsake you nor relax His hold upon you. You are His child, He loves you and He is watching over you.

Faith comes by hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17). God is moving by His spirit. He wants you to build your faith to receive his miracles. You have to learn to believe at the AMEN and not just at the THERE IT IS. (Mark 11:23) For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. (Mark 11:24) Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

You have to come to understand about faith that it is not going to be done… It is already done. It is done right then, at the time you are speaking. You have to believe that it is done, then you see the manifestation. If you got to see the manifestation first it would not be faith.

The Word doesn’t say faith is the substance….it says NOW faith is the substance. To be precise that verse reads (Hebrews 11:1) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

If it comes from your heart, then it is what you really believe. (Proverbs 23:7) For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.

Two spies believed a good report…They had I CAN FEVER. That’s was what they had in their hearts. (Numbers 13:30) And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.

Ten Spies believed an evil report…That was what they had in their hearts. (Numbers 13:31) But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. (Numbers 13:32) And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature. (Numbers 13:33) And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

It takes two things to be sure you are not one of those who have an evil report.
1. You must feed on the word to build your faith.
2. Make sure that your heart is right… You are forgiven, In rightstanding, with nothing between you and God…

It took faith to see a good report. (Romans 10:17) (Hebrews 11:1) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:2) For by it the elders obtained a good report.

If we are thinking on good reports, then our faith will be built…(Romans 10:17)(Philippians 4: Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

It doesn’t mean that you will never be attacked with wrong thinking. But the thoughts you allow to stay, that’s what matters. That is what will shape you. Faith or believing makes all things possible to you…

Kenneth Hagin used to say that just because the birds fly over your head doesn’t mean you have to let them build a nest in you hair.

(Mark 9:23) Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

(Luke 1:37) For with God nothing shall be impossible.

It is by his Spirit, that the impossible happens. (Zechariah 4:6) Then he answered and spoke unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

Impossible things happen when you believe. (Mark 16:16) He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (Mark 16:17) And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; (Mark 16:18) They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

If you believe, you can become a mountain mover…the master of the impossible…You can become a devil caster outer. (Matthew 17:18) And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour. (Matthew 17:19) Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? (Matthew 17:20) And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

You have to know that the Jesus in you is bigger than the devil…and the world. (1 John 4:4) Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

With God there is nothing (NO-THING) that is impossible. (Luke 1:37) For with God nothing shall be impossible.

In the flesh we are no match for the devil, but in the Spirit we are greater. (Luke 10:19) Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Power comes with the Holy Ghost. (Acts 1: But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

When you believe, you can have visions, prophesy, dreams, & the supernatural. (Acts 2:17) And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:(Acts 2:18) And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: (Acts 2:19) And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke: (Acts 2:20) The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: (Acts 2:21) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Acts 2:22) Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

You too can heal the lame man…And more… (Acts 3:6) Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. (Acts 3:7) And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.

Miracles happened and still happen through his name. (Acts 3:16) And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

The Indwelling of Holy Ghost brought supernatural boldness…and still does today… (Acts 4:13) Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

There are times of supernatural judgment…It can still happen today…If we are going to honor his majesty and his miracle working power, then we still have to recognize that these times of judgment which were miracle working times, did happen then and can still happen today…They probably won’t today, because likely it was there then to teach us about the Holy Spirit and the ways of God…But there is nothing that excludes it now either… (Acts 5:5) And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

The mere shadows from their bodies was enough to bring healing. The Holy Ghost can come on you so strongly that just your shadow can possess healing. You can have a supernatural shadow. (Acts 5:15) Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.

Supernaturally they were anointed for service…We have the right to ask God for wisdom and anointing for service. It is still good for us to lay hands on one another to impart this. They gave us that example. That is why we often have ordination services, etc…Or we lay hands on someone for a office in the church or to anoint them for specific any job… (Acts 6:2) Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. (Acts 6:3) Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.

It took the working of miracles to cast out devils, and the healing of the lame. (Acts 8:7) For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.

Some people feel that healing is gradual and instant cure is a miracle. That could be. God has anointed us for preaching the gospel and for miracles. This is his miracle working power at work. (Acts 8:12) But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. (Acts 8:13) Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.

definition of Wondered=astonished, amazed, awed
Behold=a spectator, taking it all in

There was a miracle for the man who had been confined to his bed… He had been so crippled they had carried around a pallet for him to lie on. (Acts 9:34) And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.

It was certainly His miracle working power that raised Dorcus from the dead. (Acts 9:41) And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.

It was God’s supernatural power working when he gave a dream or vision for the purpose of teaching or giving direction. (Acts 10:28) And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath showed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

It was the supernatural power of God that made Jesus go about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil…He has now delegated that authority to us, his believers. (Acts 10:38) How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

In Him,

Be Relentless in Your Pursuit

October 8, 2008

relentless – persistent, unyielding, unremitting, inexorable, insistent, ruthless

pursue – follow, chase, hunt, trail, tail, shadow, practice

Be relentless in your pursuit of Me, beloved. Be relentless, looking neither to the world or another to satisfy you. I am the only One Who can bring sweet, peaceful satisfaction to a heart, the only One.

So hear Me today: Seek Me and you will find Me. Pursue Me and I will make Myself available to you. I will be your constant companion. I will comfort you along life’s way. Don’t let anything come between us. Keep your focus. If you will do this, beloved, you will know a sweet, indwelling peace in your heart.

Beloved, lighten your ship and throw all that unnecessary cargo overboard. Trust Me in all those circumstances. Take your thoughts captive, dear one, and don’t give into hopelessness and discouragement. I AM your defense. Command that grief to depart. Agree with Me, My love. Come into oneness with Me and let My peace reign in your heart. Allow Me to comfort you and give you the oil of joy for the spirit of heaviness. Declare My promises to yourself and sail on to your foreordained destination in the midst of this storm.

“casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” (Corinthians 10:5 KJV)

“To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.” (Isaiah 61:4 NKJ)

October 9, 2008. Reconciliation. You have pondered about what is the right thing to do. Pressure to do something is increasing. Behold, you have discovered it is the better part of wisdom to ask forgiveness, regardless. This has been a battle within your soul. The greater part of valor is humility. Now you must humble yourself and sacrifice your sense of pride. It is not a matter of what you think is right. It is about what I think is right. And I say that you are to be reconciled. Now do the right thing and get right. Your reward will be peace of mind and peace in relationships. Blessings will follow heartfelt obedience. Reconciliation.
James 4:17 “Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it.” Ras Robinson*

October 9, 2008. You have many things happening in your life personally, and also in the world around you, that are causing anxiety. I too had many things designed and thrown at Me to trouble Me while living on earth. We both have the devil as a thief, and he wants to kill, steal and destroy anything that would give peace, love and joy. I called on My Father for help in overcoming these anxious events. I trusted Him step by step, and moment by moment, and by this I overcame. And you can overcome too, in the same way that I did. Our Father wants to give you life, even life in abundance.
John 10:10 (AMP) The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows). Bev Robinson**
