You are wondering where I am during this time of crisis. Does your God care about you? Will He make Himself available? Yes He will, like never before because you are ready now to hear from Him. You have already sought counsel from many. But you wonder what I say. I say unto you, yes, I will speak to you during these dark times. Listen very carefully. Pay attention to the details as I speak. Seek interpretation. Anchor yourself in wise counsel. Only this, once you are sure of My words to you, declare openly and boldly what you heard. Decree and declare it in ever increasing circles. Be aggressive, seek Me.

October 7, 2008. You feel like you have had a dark cloud over your relationship with someone close to you, and in reality it is there. I can see the cloud from My perspective, and you also can see it from your perspective. The other person doesn’t realize that the dark cloud is there. The Holy Spirit is coming soon with a breath of fresh air, and the cloud will soon blow away. Before it leaves, the darkness will bring the rains of blessings on you both. Each of you will be blessed with a closer relationship than you have ever had with each other. It will affect positively all of those around you.

Matt 11:12-17
From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven
suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. For all the
prophets and the law prophesied until John.14 And if you are
willing to receive it, he is Elijah who is to come. He who has
ears to hear, let him hear! But to what shall I liken this
generation? It is like children sitting in the marketplaces and
calling to their companions, and saying: 'We played the flute for
you, and you did not dance; we mourned to you, and you did not

My people, come and be bold. Step forth take the kingdom. Take a hold of
all that I have for you.

There is violent spiritual conflict--a war in the spirit-world.
Therefore, let your style of ministry be forward, ongoing, and led
by My Holy Spirit. You may need to do things in a way that does not
conform to the religious standards, so do not be afraid to carry out
the command I have given to you in My Word.

The upheaval caused by the kingdom of God is the result of My order
shaking relationships, households, cities, and nations by My Holy
Spirit. My power at work in My people all around the world. I am
moving in a fresh wave of power in the lives of people.

You will see many more people receive Me as Lord, healings, working
of miracles, and yes, the dead broth back to life. Will you be the
one to come-forth and take the kingdom, for I am in you and I will
work with you, if you will only believe.

I have carefully and marvelously molded you into the person who you are
supposed to be, so that you might further My Kingdom. You have sought
Me in obedience, and you have asked Me to align you in the purpose you
are called to. Now, keep yourself in the center of My will, where there
is fullness of joy and peace for evermore.

The time is at hand for you to launch out, that I might manifest My
kingdom through you, on earth as it is in heaven.

The enemy has sought you out to destroy you, but he cannot. I created
the blacksmith who forges a weapon fit for its work, and no weapon
that is formed against you shall prosper. I will never allow anything,
or anyone, to destroy those whom I have anointed to show forth My
Kingdom on earth.

Rest assured that I will accomplish My will through you. Go forth in
the assurance that I will back you up every inch of the way, just as I
backed up My Son when He was on earth.

So, do as you see Me do, and say what I say.

You are part of a living jigsaw puzzle, and I am carefully setting you
in place. I have carefully shaped you and colored you for precisely the
location where I have placed you. You have been set in this place for a
specific purpose, and I have put My anointing on you to accomplish My
purposes, that you might bring great glory to My name.

But the enemy of your soul is trying to convince you that this is not
the case. He is using strategies of disqualification against you,
telling you that you don't really fit in your spot. He may tell you that
you are not accomplishing enough and don't deserve to be in this spot.
Or he may tell you that you are not anointed enough for it. Or he may
point out areas of weakness in your character, suggesting that you are
not mature enough. Or he may point to a past failure and tell you that
because of this, you do not deserve to be in the position where I have
placed you. Whatever reason he gives you, his strategy is to try to
convince you that you don't belong where I have called you, that you
are not worthy enough, that you have some gaping deficiency that will
prevent Me from using you there.

The problem with a living jigsaw puzzle is that the pieces do not
necessarily stay where they have been so carefully placed. They are
alive and they have wills of their own, so they sometimes move to a
different location or walk out of the puzzle all together. And that is
what the enemy of your soul is trying to get you to do, by making you
feel that you are not qualified to remain in the spot where I have
placed you. He wants to convince you to get up and walk out of the
puzzle.

His hope is that I will not be able to finish putting the puzzle
together because pieces are constantly moving from where I placed them.

He knows that when I do finish the puzzle, My kingdom will advance
with incredible power and anointing. He dreads this because The advance
of My kingdom means that his will be torn down, and his works will be
destroyed. It spells defeat for him, because he will loose so much
ground that he will not be able to keep people in deception, and a great
revival will break out. The lost will run to Me in amazing number to
receive life and blessings from My hand, and My name will be greatly
glorified on this earth.

I have given you, dear one, an important place in My plans and
purposes, and I have strategically set you there. You are like a sentry
who has been assigned to a post, and the role I have given you to play
is much more important than you realize. Do not allow the enemy of your
soul to talk you into abandoning your post.

Again I say to you, you are a vital part of a living jigsaw puzzle.
Your position is strategic and I have carefully crafted you for it. If
you leave your spot, then there is a gaping hole that not other piece
can fit as well as you. So do not listen to the lies that your enemy,
the devil, speaks to you. And do not believe it when He tells you that
I have placed you in the wrong spot, or that I have disqualified you.

Dear one, you are called and chosen for such as time as this; I have
placed My anointing upon you and My Spirit within you. You are not
alone or abandoned or forgotten in your calling. I am with you to
empower you in all that I have called you to do. Do not fear, little
one, for I have put you in precisely the right spot, that you might
be correctly fitted together with others to accomplish My purposes,
and to bring great glory to My name.





"THE VERY 'STONES' ARE BEGINNING TO CRY OUT FOR AMERICA!" Luke 19:40

Luke 19:40 "And when Jesus was come nigh even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen. 38. Saying, "Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven and glory in the highest." 39. And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, "Master, rebuke your disciples." 40. And He answered and said to them, "I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately begin to cry out!" Scientifically, it has been proven that matter absorbs sound which confirms that these stones had witnessed and heard what great things the Lord had done in the land for the nation of Israel. These stones were ready to testify and remind Israel in case they had forgotten what God had done for them.

I BELIEVE THIS HOUR THAT EVEN THE 'STONES' IN ISRAEL ARE BEING RELEASED TO CRY OUT FOR AMERICA!

As Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, He didn't rule then as the disciples throught He would, but God's plan was being carried out and fulfilled. Perhaps this was the reason for the stones' excitement!

Once in my life I have sensed in the spirit stones crying out in worshiping the Lord with us in a meeting. One time in a church I felt led to ask the worship team if we could hold off on worship until the end for I was hearing the stones beginning to cry out for this congregation who was so discouraged that God knew they needed to experience something else at that moment. I sensed the Lord was saying for us to be still and quiet and listen to these stones crying out for many who were struggling with discouragement. I heard in the spirit these stones testifying to this people..."Lest you have forgotten, we have heard what the Lord has done for you over the years. He has brought some of you through the fire, some through the flood, some through great trials. but all through the blood! And though it seems that you cannot see the Lord right now in your life and nothing seems to be happening, we remember what great things the Lord has done for you! We are your 'stones of remembrance' calling you forward! We never did get to worship that morning. We just listened to the stones singing over us, testifying of God's faithfulness and reminding us that our 'impossible problems' had come to produce 'great faith' in us! God had allowed our 'greater testings' to come to build a 'greater testimony!'

People have asked me... "Bill, what was it that caused you to so passionately desire to hear the voice of the Lord?" I have to be honest and tell them...'Trouble!" And when they ask me what has caused you to grow to hear His voice more clearly? I tell them....'Double trouble!" To be honest, I live to hear God's voice! When God speaks you live! We must learn to live by every 'now' word that comes out of the mouth of the Lord!

BEFORE ISRAEL ENTERED THE PROMISED LAND, THEY HAD TO GO THROUGH SOMETHING FIRST....THE JORDAN RIVER OVERFLOWING ALL OF ITS BANKS. Joshua 4:5

The Jordan River is a place where you think you are not going to make it!

Joshua 4:5 " And Joshua said unto the people. Pass over before the ark of the Lord your God into the midst of Jordan and take up 'twelve' stones according to the number of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel. 6. That this may be a sign among you, that when your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean ye by these stones? 7. Then you shall answer them, that the waters of Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord when it passed over Jordan. The waters of Jordan were cut off and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever."

It's interesting that the number twelve pertains to 'government'. I believe the Lord wants to release a governmental anointing into our nation starting in the Body of Christ, all the way to the White House in this upcoming election. These 'twelve stones' were called 'stones of remembrance' so Israel would never forget what God had done for them as a nation. I believe God was saying to Israel. "You must always remember this miracle day for as you enter your promised land you will at times wonder where I am when things don't go the way you think they should and you wonder at times where I went."

WE MUST GO BACK AND PICK UP 'STONES OF REMEMBRANCE' FROM PAST JORDAN RIVERS IN ORDER TO GO FORWARD AS A NATION! Joshua 2:1,8-11

I believe the secret of crossing the Jordan river for Israel was that Joshua went back and remembered in the preceding chapter that his two spies picked up a powerful 'stone of remembrance'. After picking up this 'stone of remembrance', he couldn't wait to command the people to "sanctify yourselves; for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you!" Read this 'stone of remembrance' below that caused the nation's faith to explode and caused them to cross their Jordan on dry ground!

Joshua 2:1,8-11. "And Joshua the son of Nun sent out of Shittim two men to spy secretly, saying, Go view out the land, even Jericho. And they went and came into an harlot's house, named Rahab, and lodged there." 8. "And before they were laid down, she came up unto them upon the roof. 9. And she said unto the men. "I know that the Lord has given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you! 10. For we have heard how the Lord dried up the water of the Red Sea for you, when you came out of Egypt and what you did to the two kings of the Amorites that were on the other side of Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom you utterly destroyed! 11. And as soon as we had heard these things, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any more courage in any man because of you: for the Lord your God, he is God in heaven above and in the earth beneath!"

An harlot tells these two men of God who should have been finely tuned to God's Spirit something they didn't know and didn't seem to have the faith to believe God for...."God has given you the land of Jericho on the other side of Jordan!" As soon as this news came back to Joshua he knew that there was no way that that Jordan River overflowing its banks could ever stop them now!

GOD WANTS TO RELEASE UPON OUR NATION A 'PICKING UP STONES' ANOINTING!

I personally believe that the Devil hates 'stones'. Let me tell you why. Every precious stone adorned Lucifer! Ezekiel 28:13 "Thou, Lucifer, has been in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyz, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle and gold." I believe this is why the enemy used stones to kill so many prophets and Godly men over the ages. He wants to get rid of any stones he sees so he throws them at God's people! Stones remind Lucifer of his great fall from heaven and utter defeat! This verse goes on to say..."the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy 'pipes' was prepared in thee in the day that thou was created." I have heard that perhaps these 'pipes' built inside of Lucifer could have been the first 'shofar' ever created. ( this is just a possibility, not a fact. )

DAVID HAD A 'PICKING UP STONES' ANOINTING! VICTORY WAS JUST A 'STONE'S THROW' AWAY!

As Israel crossed the Jordan River the Lord had them to pick up stones and place them in their lodging place. When their children and grandchildren to come would ask "what do these stones mean, the fathers were to tell their children of this great miracle of crossing Jordan on dry ground and that these stones came from the bottom of that river.

I believe when David was about to face Goliath, he remembered his father telling him of those 'stones of remembrance' of that miracle day. I believe David thought to himself..."I better find me some stones for I remember those stones that forever reminded my ancestors of their miracle working God! He went to a brook and I believe when he reached down into that brook the first stone he picked up he said to himself, "I remember those 'stones of remembrance' of that miracle from that Jordan River." As he picked up the second stone he perhaps said, "I remember that bear that came against my flock of sheep and that bear is now nowhere to be found!" Picking up that third stone he said, "I remember that lion that came against my flock and I now have a beautiful lion rug on the floor of my tent!" As he reached down to pick up that fourth stone he said, "I remember well that Goliath has a brother with three sons, so I better make that five stones!" And as he picked up that fifth stone, he said to himself...."This one has Goliath's name written all over it and I feel a 'giant killing' anointing coming all over me! Let me at him!" This victory must have infuriated Satan, reminding him of being stripped forever of those precious stones that used to cover him! Now one small stone from a brook crushed his kingdom of darkness!

THE ENEMY HAS SOME 'STONES OF REMEMBRANCE' THAT HE WISHES HE COULD FORGET!

Elijah built an altar out of twelve stones ( representing one of every tribe of Israel ) when he destroyed the prophets of Baal. 1 Kings 18:31 I bet Satan hated that one!

Jesus Christ is the chief cornerstone. Ephesians 2:20 "And we are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone." Satan well knows that Jesus Christ is chief of the universe!

We are being built together as living stones. 1 Peter 2:4,5. "To whom coming as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God and precious. 5. You also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood. to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

An angel rolled a 'stone' away from the tomb! Matthew 28:2 "And behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the 'stone' from the door of the tomb and sat upon it." What a 'stone of remembrance' that was for the devil!

ALL OF HEAVEN WILL BE FILLED WITH EVERY PRECIOUS STONE THAT WAS STRIPPED FROM LUCIFER'S COVERING! Rev. 21:18-21

Rev.21:18-21 "And the building of the wall of heaven was jasper; and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass. 19. And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper, the second, sapphire, the third, chalcedony, the fourth, an emerald, 20. the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the nineth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelth, an amethyst. 21. And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl and the street of the city was pure gold as it were transparent glass.

No wonder Satan doesn't want anyone to go to heaven!

OH AMERICA, CAN'T YOU HEAR THE STONES CRYING OUT FOR YOU? JESUS IS KNOCKING AT THE FRONT DOOR OF YOUR CHURCHES AND YOUR WHITE HOUSE! REMEMBER YOUR GOD, LEST THESE STONES TESTIFY AGAINST YOU!

All these, O king, Araunah has given to the king." And Araunah said to the king, "May the LORD your God accept you." Then the king said to Araunah, "No, but I will surely buy it from you for a price; nor will I offer burnt offerings to the LORD my God with that which costs me nothing ." So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver. And David built there an altar to the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD heeded the prayers for the land, and the plague was withdrawn from Israel.

{They were talking about John Alexander Dowie who was a faith healer in the late 1800’s.}



“Chicago passed a city ordinance that said any person that was practicing any sort of medicine, they had to buy a certificate from Chicago that cost $20. As a matter of principle, he wouldn’t do it. He said I am not practicing medicine, I am praying for the sick, laying hands on the sick as the Bible tells me too. They arrested him 100 times within a one year time period. That one year, Alexander Dowie spent $20,000 in bail bonds and attorney fees because he refused on principal to buy a $20 certificate. It did something in the Spirit. It broke something in the spirit realm. And that’s the price that has to be paid.”

Beloved ones when you have chosen to stand in the gap, you have poured out such costly, expensive gifts upon your altars of love. Thank you! You have poured out prayers, words, deeds... mercy and forgiveness... goods, provision, ample supply even when you were in need yourself. You gave what you needed the most and you gave because you loved.


Not defending yourself and being the fall guy to cover their shame... Returning My kindness and goodness in the face of rejection.... Refusing to forsake your commitments even when forsaken... You are My heroes and champions, walking in My shoes. You have known the sacrifices of a broken and contrite heart. You have not yet known the reward for such. Dear ones, the authority and power of My kingdom is being established in you. I AM establishing My dominion on earth through you. Thank you for choosing to love.

"Gather My saints together to Me, those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice ."

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart — These, O God, You will not despise.

Matt 9:12-13 NKJV
When Jesus heard that, He said to them, "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice .' For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance."

Mark 9:49-50 NKJV
"For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another."

2 Chronicles 25:9 (KJV) - And Amaziah said to the man of God, But what shall we do for the hundred talents which I have given to the army of Israel? And the man of God answered, The LORD is able to give thee much more than this.
King Amaziah of Judah was preparing for war with Edom. He counted all his soldiers and decided that his army was too small to win the war. As was the case with a number of kings before him, he sought out mercenaries to help him in the battle. Amaziah had already paid the fee to these soldiers for hire when God sent a prophet to him. The prophet asked Amaziah why he had hired soldiers from Israel rather than depending on the LORD to help him. He also told Amaziah that Israel was out of fellowship with the LORD and that their soldiers would not help his cause. Amaziah received the Word from the prophet, but asked the question "what about my money?" As we read in our key scripture above, the prophet answered him by saying "The LORD is able to give thee much more than this".

Thousands of years later, that Word still rings true for us today. God is saying to each one of us, "Do not fear, I am with you. I know how to provide for you and I will bless you if you follow Me". It really matters not what is going on in the financial markets around the globe. Truthfully it matters not what is happening to our 401Ks nor the fuel prices we pay. What matters is that by the free will God gave us, we stay in love and in covenant with Him by the blood of His Son, Jesus Christ, shed at the Cross for our sins. That is called righteousness. Righteousness brings blessings...open heavens for God to bless us. Is it possible to be saved and not receive all of our blessings? Yes! The Word tells us that Amaziah was a good king up until the point in time where he tried to take the reins in his own hands. He later paid a price for that sin because those same mercenary soldiers he hired turned against him.

The Word tells us to seek "first" the Kingdom of God and we will receive the blessings. That means that we must make obedience to God not just a priority in our lives, but our sole way of life here on this earth. If we seek Him first, He will provide all that we need. We do not need to worry or be concerned about what seems to be lost from our hands because, just as the prophet stated to King Amaziah, God is able to give us much more than that. That is also why we should not be fearful about tithing or giving offerings because God always multiplies the seed we sow if that seed is sown in love of Him and our fellowman as well as in obedience to His Word.

If you have received the life that Jesus bought for you on the Cross, but you have not given that life back to Him...settle it in your heart this day that you are His. Don't wait another second because your destiny and your provision are dependent upon Jesus, not the world. Ask Him to crucify everything that stands between you and Him. Let go of your will and grab hold to His will with all of your spirit, soul and body. Then, you will find the rest and shelter you are seeking from the storms in your life!

The coming glory of the Lord God Almighty is nothing to take lightly. It is power. It is filled with great wonder, and those who participate in it will know the wonders of My grace in ways they have never experienced.



So I tell you, beloved, get ready for the most glorious. Get ready to stand straight and tall in the wonder of the hour, for it is sure to bring a gladness to your heart. It is sure to open your eyes to My truth in ways you have never seen it.



I have a mission, and it is to take My dear children home with Me. My mission is to rescue all who will come, all who will accept My grace, this gift of perfection that I so gladly offer. I look forward to the coming hour. I look forward to seeing all who will come manifest My goodwill toward others.



Yes, you will certainly play a part in the hour that is presenting itself. You will play an important part. So get your heart ready to explore the wonders of My grace. Get your heart ready to recognize My goodwill and walk in it with all that is in you. For in so doing, you will step into that divine hour fully empowered, fully empowered by the One Who sought you, bought you, and now holds you securely, securely now and for all eternity in His arms of tenderness and love.



This is My desire: That none should perish, that all come to the realization of My truth. It is My desire for you to be living examples of My goodwill toward mankind, speaking My truth, offering that cup of water, offering that helping hand to whomever is in need. It is My desire to see you fulfill your calling, precious one. So stand erect. Move forward, and know the sense of satisfaction that comes with belonging to Me and walking in My glory, My glory that is fast approaching, and reaching hearts that were once lost to Me, but are SOON to be found in Me!!!
