It has been at least 3 or 4 months since my last post. And life has changed for me so much. I used to have a very close relationship with the Lord and I knew he was with me. Then doubt set in. I doubted He could take care of me and that I needed Him in my life. From that point things got so much worse.

Tonight I hit my all time low. I got in trouble with the law for being with people I should not be around and doing things I should not be doing.

Please pray that I can find my way back to God again. I need him now. I need his guidance and truth in my life. Thank you for even reading this. Thank you all. I will try to pray for you all as well.

its not going to be easy as you will also have to do some leg work i am not going to preach to you as you know who god is and you once tasted his goodness

i was were you are now and i pray that you start making the right choices

if you can join a local church were you live i would recommend this as right now you need some real human contac in your life

i would also suggest you make an appoint ment to talk to the pastor


one thing i am going to say to you get rid of your mates brake away from the group and cut all ties

See, if you like at those emostions we as humans have, those longings to be with or be loved, they come from G-d, it is what he feels, every heart beat is for you, he his jeaouls for you, and that drove up to give his son, Jesus loves you, and payed that price to be reunited with you. See, he wais no time, dont you!

On other thing, anyone that seeks him out will find him, he have his word on that. He as well throughs your sin as far as the east is from the west, never to be rememberd again. There is no condemnation in Jesus, and he is all into starting over with you, just where you are at.

I was once where you are.

I was saying that I knew the Lord and yet I was doing things that were in direct disobedience to Him.

But, the Lord is so very merciful, He allowed me to wander into terrible sin so that in the end I might repent and come back to Him and that He would allow my faith to be so much stronger.

One of the hardest things for so many "christians" to do, is to totally surrender all to Christ.

The reason that so many have such a struggle with sin and with not really having an intimate close walk with the Lord, is that they will not fully surrender all!

If you want total peace in CHrist, and you want to have real victory, you have to stop having one foot in heaven and the other in the world, and put both of your feet in humble submission and obedience to Christ alone.

The sinful battle that you are having is because you are still dabbling in the things of the world, and still trying to serve two masters. The Lord Jesus told us that if you do this, you will lose!

Years ago, After I almost lost my lost my home, my family, my life and my Lord, I came home from
a rehab/lock-up and after a couple of weeks of regaining some physical strength, I began to go through my house and weed out sin!

I threw out all of the un-Godly hollywood movies that I had amassed, I got rid of the vile music that I had been collecting, I poured out all strong drink that was in my home, I asked the Lord to show me all that had to go that was a part of making me stumble.

I stopped going to the kinds of "fleshly" events that I once attended (that many other "christians" were also attending), I began to place Jesus at the center of everything, He was in the middle of every day, He was in the middle of every week, and He was the certer of every hour that I lived!
Jesus became the air that I breathed!!

The Lord was faithful and gave me more and more faith to surrender to Him, and to spend more and more time with Him in prayer and reading His Holy Word.

Reading the Word of God will renew your mind, and staying in prayer will help you to walk in the Spirit and stay away from the things that war against your spirit.


If you want to see those that truly walk with the Lord, you will see that there is something that they have in common, it is this:

Those that walk with the Lord have come out of the things of the world and no longer serve them!
Do you understand what Im saying?

If there are contentions and strifes and arguments among "christians", it is because the ones that are engaging in these things have not yet come out of the world, and they are mixing the pure Word of the Lord with the vile things of hollywood, as they follow the world into harry potter movies and spider man movies and evil carribean pirate movies, and they follow the world into super bowls and basketball tournaments and every other things that just feeds and strengthens the flesh!!

Then if you ask a "christian" that is involved with these worldly things, why they are involved with them, they will answer you with things like: What are we supposed to do, become monks?
or they will say: Why are you being so legalistic??

Will we be calling Jesus a legalist when He tells many to depart from Him because they practice iniquity??

If you really want to walk by faith and to have a clear mind that is not ruled by fear, repent, come out of the things of the world, stop feeding your flesh, read the Word of God daily, and speak to others about the good things that the Lord has done for you.

I pray that the Lord will give you ears to hear and that He will soften your heart that His truth may penetrate it.

I have missed reading your posts. I will keep you in my prayers.

Chasser, you may be heading in the wrong direction but you are never to far from the hand of God that he can't turn you around and put you on the right road. Our Lord loves you and gave His life for you and will never leave you when you are hurting so bad. But, I do understand what you mean...it's like God went on a long lunch break and forgot about you. Sometimes I feel this way too. But the odd thing is that in so many cases what we are feeling can dictate to us our beliefs. But our Lord tells us that if we have the faith of a mustard seed we can move mountains. Chasser, by posting this prayer request you have not lost your faith, you still have faith. Sometimes the candles of faith are brighter than at other times but even if your candle flames are extinguishing perhaps you can depend and lean on Christian friends to encourage you in the Lord? Perhaps join a mens group? Go on a retreat? Or perhaps today you can just take a walk and enjoy Gods creation?

God gives us choices and you can begin to make right choices at any moment.

Cling to Jesus. He loves you. Hold on wiith everything you have got to our Lord, HE loves you.

My family, kids, nieces, nephews, are all very social creatures, and we live in a place where there is some kind of party going on every weekend. When problems come up where they have been seperated (dog-fight with their conscience), I found that this one, simple, seemingly silly analogy, has helped them more than any.



Any of us can get back home at any time just by fleeing the wrong doing... and asking The Lord for deliverance. Any time, any place, any reason.

Certainly we reap what we sow. I am not saying that in the negative sence Chaser. Be thankful to God He has chastised you. This chastising is good, as it demonstrates the father God's love for you. It also demonstrates you are a true child of God. God will bring you back, and better than ever. All you have to do is do right. Once you head down the right path, you begin to reap goodness and blessings in your life, as we reap what we sow. It may take a while to turn things around, but do not get discouraged. Stay your face in God's word. I do not know your age, but obeying your parents is a must, especially if you are unable to care for yourself financially, etc. I hope you have christian parents or family, etc that would love to see you do right. Your so called friends are not your friends and can only bring destruction into your life. A true friend will not have you do things that bring dishonor to GOd and to the Temple of God which is your body.

Father,

I pray for my brother who, by Your grace alone, understood that he was heading the wrong path and not following the Shepherd of his soul. Father, I thank You allowing him to stumble and for opening his eyes and for for granting him humility to come before his brethren for support, and so it shall be granted him. Father, I pray that you pick him up, dust him off, and shower your love and grace and mercy upon him and remove even the last amounts of shame and guilt that the enemy has buried him with as he has given in to temptation. Father, I ask that Your grace show itself strong in my brother's weakness and that You would open his eyes and let him see Jesus once more, and instruct him in the path that he is to follow. We rejoice in seeing our brother find his way home to You, and I ask that You grip Your hands around him especially tight and move him from the quicksand of the world back onto the Rock of Salvation, which is Your Son, Jesus Christ. Father I pray that You use my brother's doubt as a pathway straight to You, and that You would destroy the works of the enemy that would use his doubts to pull him away from you to follow after strange gods and things that are not of You. Father, grant him wisdom, grant him understanding, and wash him in the water of the Word of God and make his garments white as snow yet again by the blood of Jesus, so he can stand before you renewed and clean and pardoned, for he is Your child. I ask that You would finish the work You began in him as he turns his eyes back on you, and that You would keep him in Your care, always. If our hearts condem us God is greater than our heart.
If our hearts condem us not then have we confidence toward God.

Brother, Doubt is a evil spirit. We all have to deal with him from time to time. Now you see what Doubt can do. Get up, dust yourself off and be even more determined to walk upright.

Confess this doubt as sin and ask for forgiveness and you will find that He isn't that far away after all.

"What saith it? The word is nigh thee even in thy mouth and in thy heart. Even the word of faith which we preach."

It does not change. The entrance is still the same....

If you confess Jesus with your mouth and believe in your heart that he is raised from the dead and he does live in you of a truth then how you "feel" at any time won't matter too much since his word is greater than all of the feelings you can muster.

I have had the same feelings from time to time, and I can also say that sometimes God will kind of step back a little to see what your going to do. One thing is certain we are wrong and he is right. We lost sight of him but he has not lost sight of us.

I think you should do what Dennis said: Cut the soul ties to the friends who are laying snares for your soul. And tell them why too!
This alone should get the flax really smoking and heating up.

I want you to know that God is still trying to reach out to you. The reason I know this is because your still want to be close to Him again. I think the Holy Spirit is drawing you.

I don't have my Bible handy...(I'm on campus at the library and have a moment while the printer is taking its sweet time printing for me... ) but I have some scriptures that I would like to share with you later when I get home.

Please do not give up on the Lord. He loves you so very much.

But in these days we are living in....so much deception is in the world. You must be careful about who you hang around. It does affect you.

There is a saying....you are like the company you keep. I actually believe that.

It's why my friends could be considered the "rolls royce" of people. Not in the sense they are rich...but they are rich in the Lord.....and have a strong faith in God.

Can I give you some suggestions..... you need to cut ties with those that are in the world.

When you become strong in the Lord.....then you can go and witness to them. But not when your a baby in the Lord yourself.

Ask the Lord to guide you and to help you. Then seek out a good church. Fellowship with other believers and get grounded in the Word.

We all go through periods in our life where it feels like a desert. Hang on to Yeshua. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He loves you very much.
