I have been having drainage in the back of my throut, it is making me feel sick in my stumick, as well as it is making my throut sore.
I was shocked I was able to sing even though I was dealing with this, but I feel as If I could get sick even now from to snot going down my tummy. yuck!

fill your measuring cup with 1/4 cup of water and stir in 2 tsp. salt. After it's dissolved, put it in an eyedropper and use several drops in each nostril until the salt has dried the sinus. If you have a natural food store nearby, or you can get it online; Ginger essential oil will clear up most nausea in about ten minutes. Ginger root in a juicer or blender will do the same, but you need more of it. Remember to mix it with honey if you can't deal with the spicy taste.
For the singers in the family, they all make "witches brew" just before a performance.
8 oz. hot water infused with Lipton tea.
1 tablespoon raw honey
juice from 1 lemon
mix it all well and sip it. Put it in a small thermos and take a final small sip just before you walk onto the stage. (pray first, I guess that's just a given)
Hope this helps.

another quick tip: when you feel a cold coming on get some hydrogen perioxide and warm it up then put one dropper in one ear and wait for the bubbling to stop then turn over and do the other ear. I have not had a cold in years following this tip. Make sure it is warm not hot or cold! It also helps to get the wax out!

Eating a spoonful of honey does miracles for your throat as well as the vocal cords.
Honey in a cup of tea also.

Hope you are feeling better

It's hard to feel spirit led when we feel so yucky, but this is a great time to spend in silence reading and meditating on His Word. And praying too!!

Yeshua...
Please make Peacemaker feel better quickly. Take all the pain away from her tummy and make her feel better. In your name I pray. Amen.
