What the Lord Is Saying Today




September 15, 2008. You feel at times as if you are in a wine press with pressure from both sides. It would actually be comforting if you could flee like a bird to the mountain. You have even challenged your call and life’s mission due to this pressure. What you are feeling is what I felt during most of My ministry on the earth. Being pulled or pressed in one direction or another by the pressing in of people and their sensitivity needs wears you out. You feel as though you live in a land of easily offended people. You have to walk as on egg shells.

It is never the answer. Turn to Me, I am the answer.
Philippians 1:23-24; 3:14 “But I am hard-pressed from both directions, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for that is very much better; yet to remain on in the flesh is more necessary for your sake. I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Ras Robinson*

September 15, 2008. You are sad, even grieved. Relationships are strained. There is a standoff with very little communication taking place. Each one believes they are right and justified in the way they are acting. It is hard for you to observe what is happening. You see both sides, and it is difficult for you to understand why differences can’t be resolved by talking and praying them through. The thing you are now doing is praying for resolution. This is good. Wait on Me, and don’t enter the fray. That would do no good at all. I am the only One who can fix this. I know both hearts. Hope, and trust in Me.
Psalms 43:5 “Why are you down in the dumps, dear soul? Why are you crying the blues? Fix my eyes on God -- soon I'll be praising again. He puts a smile on my face.” Bev Robinson**

To the beloved of Christ, MMarc, Patmos, HumbleDon, +Shine4Him+



Have you ever thought, “I would like to have angelic visitations.” or “I would like to see heaven.” or “I would like to lay hands on the blind and they see and lay hands on the deaf and they hear.” Have you ever thought these thoughts?



Col 3:1 -2 Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.



Keep seeking the things above… This is not “those in ministry” or “The pastor” this is about Christianity! If you are willing God is giving out good gifts from heavenly places! Eph 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. What are spiritual blessings? I believe they are the “tools of the trade” or “Keys to the Kingdom”. the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly



We need to be people seeking after God’s own heart; to follow in Jesus’ footsteps. What did Jesus do? He laid hands on the sick; set the demonic possessed free, saved the lost, empowered the redeemed, and lived a life of hope for others!



Bill Johnson wrote, “If you want to kill giants, hang out with giant killers.” If you want to walk in the supernatural hang out with people seeing signs and wonders, if you want to just get by and go to heaven when you die then go to that church (there are plenty of these).



For me I desire to see His Kingdom come to Earth “On earth as it is in Heaven.”

AMAZING Testimony!

On Sunday as I rested after service I received a phone call from our team in Duluth, here are more reports of divine healing:

If you remember the testimony of the man being healed of the effects of an aneurism; He was prayed for Wednesday night and return with no tremors and memory being restored. His brother reported Saturday night that, “the tremors are a curse upon our family, not only my brother, whom we prayed for who was healed, but even I suffer from these….. BUT, since the prayers offered for healing … My tremors have stopped. I haven’t been able to write, write a check or anything for a long time but now I can write because I am no longer shaking!” He continued, “And the prophetic words spoken by Pastor Frank were totally accurate.”



Also, one of our ministers in the Duluth area was coming to the meetings; he suffered from a bad shoulder. He had come for prayer, but did not really get a release on his healing. He was scheduled for major shoulder surgery, but when they went in to do this major surgery, they did not find major damage as had been reported by doctors only a bone spur that had to be worked on and he is fine.” Joy and praising the king of Glory whom is touching and healing His children.

A note of concern from Frank:



Rom 15:17-19 Therefore in Christ Jesus I have found reason for boasting in things pertaining to God. For I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me, resulting in the obedience of the Gentiles by word and deed, in the power of signs and wonders,



God is doing amazing things through Whosoever Ministries and our meetings. Since June in Peru, Georgia and now Duluth every meeting we are seeing Miracles and His glory come down… Why am I not being invited to your church, your meeting, your services, your town?



This truly is not an arrogant or pride statement it is truly a concern I have… WHY? I have never seen these numbers and amazing results of faith in 18 years of ministry! I don’t understand why we haven’t grown in Duluth? I don’t understand, but I must move forward into His glory and purpose, to bring Heaven to Earth. It is not mine to understand, mine is to believe.



I received a word from a prophet at a MFM meeting, He said, “It is just beginning.” This is truly the place I am in; we are just beginning to see God’s glory come down in power with signs and wonders.



My suggestion: If you are not seeing signs and wonders find someone who is and invite them to be in your city… If you don’t know anyone invite our team!



Heb 2:4 God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders and by various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will.

2Co 12:12 The signs of a true apostle were performed among you with all perseverance, by signs and wonders and miracles.

Prophetic Decreeing Brings Forth Power



Have you ever had a word so strong within you that you knew that you knew that you knew God had promised you? Sure you have! The Bible is full of promises and God gives us permission to "SHOUT IT OUT!" In fact, He instructs us to "SHOUT IT OUT." He wants us to take His word whether in the Bible, through a prophet, a dream, a vision, a sign or the many ways He speaks to us. He wants us to hear and see it. More than that He wants you to let it seep down into your very being and believe His word and bring it into being. He wants us to declare it outloud. He wants us to be blessed and experience His fullness. God wants us to pick up this powerful weapon and declare war on negative words or any enemy that would try to come against us. He wants us to take what is ours by force. He wants us to know that we are blessed and experience His blessing. We have the victory through Jesus Christ.


Declarations go back to the very beginning of time as we know it. God Himself spoke everything into being and declared that it was good. He put His blessings on the very works of His word. His word and His works are inseparable. He declared out loud into time and space that His creation was blessed. That word went straight into creation to the very quarks which are the smallest part. These quarks sing the praises of God continuously as we see in Psalm 19:1-4. “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork. Day unto day utters speech. And night unto night reveals knowledge. There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard. Their line has gone out through all the earth and their words to the end of the world.” This statement is so very awesome and mind boggling. There is so much power in the spoken word that even creation declares the glory of God. How much more power and authority do your spoken words hold within them!

David speaks out God's truth in Proverbs 18:21 that death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Precious woman of God, this matter of prophetic decreeing is so very important as you can see. It is a matter of life and death. We will eat the fruits of the words we speak. It is your and my desire as godly women to eat the fruits of God; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness and self control. Dwelling on and declaring the words of God. He speaks forth that He knows the thoughts that He thinks towards you, the thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you a hope and a future. Then when You call upon Him, go and pray to Him and He will listen to you. When you seek Him you will find Him when you search for Him with all of your heart
(Jeremiah 29:11). Isn't His declaration that you are blessed when you go in and when you come out astounding coming from His very lips, the God of the universe! There are so many declarations He has spoken into my life and yours from His word that we could declare for hours upon hours.
“The law of the Lord is perfect converting the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure making wise the simple,”Psalm 19:7. His testimony about you brings forth blessing beyond measure!

I recently read a study done by Masaru Emoto who is not a Christian writer but a renowned scientist, an expert in his field. His book, The Hidden Messages in Water states that the average human body is made up of seventy percent water. In short, he has proven scientifically that when looked at under a microscope, the water that was positively spoken to became a beautiful crystal that looks much like an ornate snow flake. When negative words were spoken to this same drop of water it became distorted. I encourage you to read this book for astounding insight and pictures documenting this very truth proven scientifically which was spoken in God's word, life and death are in the power of the tongue.


God has spoken His blessing and word over your life. It is your choice to believe His word and declare it as so! We must take His word and hurl it out into space and at the enemy who wants us to believe otherwise. The Psalmist David speaks this,
“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord my strength and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:14. We are responsible to speak out His truth. God gave us authority and dominion when He created us.
Isaiah 51:15 and 16 gives us a clear picture of His mandate for us, “For I am the LORD your God, who stirs up the sea whose waves roared-The LORD of HOSTS is His Name. And I have put My words in your mouth. I have covered you with the shadow of my hand, that I may plant the heavens, lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, 'you are my people'. " God has given us His written word, Jesus is the word in the flesh, and Holy Spirit has come to speak directly to our hearts through His written word, spoken word, prophetic words, dreams and visions and so many other ways He might chose to speaks to us. His hand is upon us and He expects us to declare His word and bring heaven to earth (Matthew 6:19-20), to call forth what is not into being (Romans 4:17 and I Corinthians 1:27-28). He wants to reveal Himself to you the understanding that He has made you a king reigning and ruling under His leadership. We are His mouthpiece, His hands and His feet in the flesh here on earth.


We must know who we are in Christ. (For further study on who you are in Christ (refer to Divine Design pages found on this website). We are the righteousness of Christ and He has made us to sit in heavenly places. Like earthly kings who make decrees, we have even more power to make decrees in the heavenlies. Romans 5:17 reminds us of this, “For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.” “Hear the word of the Lord, O nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He who scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him as a shepherd does his flock.” I love this and you will too. God instructs us to HEAR His word and then DECLARE IT!!! When He gives us His word His power comes behind it. We then take hold of the word and declare it out loud releasing it to be so. Isaiah 61 God blesses us by putting His hand upon us and anointing us. But He doesn't anoint us to sit around and revel in this blessed place but to go forth and declare His word and works to BRING wealth to the poor, HEAL the brokenhearted, PROCLAIM liberty to the captives, OPEN the door to those who are bound and to PROCLAIM JESUS!!!


What a privilege and joy to pick up this weapon and mighty gift of the tongue to bless, declare and impart His word into your life and the life of others. “Moreover, brethern, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you-unless you believed in vain”. I Corinthians 15:2 Paul was declaring to the people to lay hold of these truths. It isn't enough to know the truth but to embrace it and put it into action in our lives. When we receive a word from God, we have the authority to speak it forth in faith and bring it into existence. We take His word and hurl it into space by the word of our mouth and bring forth His promises and His blessings.


Now there is another side of this coin. There are plenty of people out there in your sphere of life that want to hurl out negative words. “Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation; preserve my life from fear of the enemy. Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity, who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows-bitter words, that they may shoot in secret at the blameless...”Psalm 64:1-4 Negative words are deadly. Make sure you have the whole armor of God on and that you are not guilty of shooting these arrows yourself. When these arrows come at you, know that you have the whole armor of God on and that includes the shield of faith. Allow the darts to hit the shield and continue to go forward into the calling and destiny God has for you. Speaking forth and declaring the truth that God has given you. The Bible warns us that the enemy prowls around 'like' a roaring lion seeking those whom he may devour. Declare right now that there is only one LION! The very LION OF JUDAH, JESUS CHRIST. The enemy goes around 'like' a roaring lion and tries to make you believe that he is. He only has as much power as you give him. Declare the word of truth in your life with the POWER OF THE TRUE LION OF JUDAH, JESUS CHRIST and the enemy will run from you!!!!


It is our desire to bring truth to your life regarding decrees that carry the authority of God; that you may know the authority you have in Jesus. That you will take hold of this truth in such a way that you carry the very power of God, releasing His truths into the atmosphere bringing them into being. That you will be strong and of good courage to remind the enemy of your destiny. Knowing that your victory is in heaven and you are in a position to call forth heaven to earth.

We will continue to add teaching regarding decrees to deepen your level of understanding and authority. It is our desire to place into your hands decrees to declare on a daily basis to strengthen you so that you will obtain and maintain balance in your life and all the fullness God has to offer you.


PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we pray the declaration of Job and his friend Eliphaz:
I will make my prayer to Him, He will hear me, and I will pay my vows. I will also declare or decree a thing and it will be established for me so Your light will shine on Your ways.' When they cast me down and I declare.' When they cast me down and I make a decree and say,”Exaltation will come!' then God will save the humble person and He will even deliver the one who is not innocent; Yes, he will be delivered by the purity of Your hands.” Job 22:28, 29. Shine Your lamp upon my head as in the days of my prime. Friendly counsel of God overshadow my tent and be with me Almighty. Bathe my steps with cream and may the rock pour out rivers of oil for me. When I go out bring forth your blessing upon my life. (Job 29:2-11)
DECLARATION:
Father,
I declare right now that You love me and that you have plans for my life. I declare that I will seek You with my whole heart and purpose to know You. As I come into Your presence I declare that I will come with an open teachable spirit. I declare that as You have promised, You will satisfy me with fatness and the oil of Your anointing will flow in and out of my very being. I declare that I will taste and see that YOU ARE GOD!!! I declare that I live and move and have my being in YOU! I declare that as You fill me to overflowing that I will pour into others Your mighty and marvelous love. I declare that I will use my tongue to bless and glorify You and everyone that enters into my path.


In the Mighty Name of Jesus, I declare it done!

YOU CAN STAND IN THE STORM

good. You are being perfected and you need to let
patience have her perfect work in you. I am doing a
deep work and a work that will last in your life. You
are standing and I am teaching you to stand amidst the
storms of life. Indeed there are storms in the natural
and storms in the spiritual and I am teaching you to
battle them. Stand strong my beloved and know that I will
not allow you to be tested and tried beyond that you are able
without a way out that you can bear it. Again stand strong
in My Word. Be instant in prayer and see if I do not pour out
a blessing on you as you stand tall and strong in Me. Your
strength is not in yourself but will be found only as you lean
upon Me. Lean on Me.
