2. stop printing worthless money to pay the govt's bills
3. stop borrowing money that no-one will ever pay back (that's blatant stealing)

It is same like in India. Both this Congress and BJP is ruining and destroying what this country stands for. While Bihar is suffering same fate has New Orleans and in Jummun and Kashmir where innocent family are getting killed due to terrorist attacks and while Pakistan disrespecting cease fire treaty and laughing at us because our government is so busy with useless nuclear treaty from USA and Christians are getting killed by others because someone killed VHP leader.

I'm a Ron Paul fan as well. I learned a lot from this leader. My question to you is this: Why do you want to grow government? Why should federal government dictate to local governments what they should and shouldn't teach? The teaching of intelligent design was approved by a Dover school board. Books were ordered to teach this course. But, one biology teacher refused to teach intelligent design. Parents had law suits against the school district. A US district court in PA ruled that ID was a reliigious concept and violated the seperation between State and Church. That year local elections took place and all 8 seats that voted for Intelligent Design to be taught in our science classes were lost. The people spoke and they didn't want ID taught from a Christian perspective. I agee that many of our leaders aren't doing their jobs but it is a well documented fact that "we the people" must take some of the responsibility for the lack of Christian Principles being taught. As for Sarah Palin? There is not one shred of evidence that she is an anti-christ. In fact, all recorded accounts show otherwise. Christian first than politician.

if the repubs/dems can't be trusted to stop stealing, .....we can't trust them with abortion
i plan to vote libertarian in the election.............libertarian first, repub second, dems never

Dennis really does bring up some excellent points. Not that I'm totally Ron Paul, but if he was on the ticket, I'd take him over McCain. Definitely NOT an Obama Nation.

Ron Paul is about half libertarian, i guess

My political beliefs and convictions fall under the libertarian heading...more libertarian than republican. Want that government to shrink and I do not wish to grow government. You have made many excellent points and I am sure that you realize that in a presidential election it would almost be impossible for a third party candidate to win.

I expect a lot to happen between now and November. I'm sure the media will come up with something and mess it all up. I wouldn't be surprised if the election was cancelled. There seems to be a frenzy every election year and then the complaints start rolling in by the end of the first year of the ruling party. No expectations, only looking up, because I know no man can do what God can. I have faith in God, not in the corrupt governing body.
