I am praying for those in the path of this storm. I realize how dangerous it is and do pray for the Lord to protect them and keep them safe.
You who found pleasure in mocking God and his messengers, now watch.
Gustav approached western Cuba as a major hurricane during the midday and early afternoon Saturday. Estimated highest sustained winds as of 2 p.m., EDT, had increased to 145 mph, making it a Category 4 storm. Storm motion was northwestward at 8 mph.
Gustav will bring severe to catastrophic destruction along its path through far-western Cuba including Isla de Juventud before leaving for the nearby Gulf of Mexico early Sunday morning. Winds will be of Category 4 intensity. Storm tides will reach 10 to 15 feet above normal. Widespread rainfall of 6-12 inches will trigger flooding with mudslides in the hill tracts.

Thank you for all your time on the Codes too, I have been following them for a while now and though I don't understand them as well as I could with more time, I do believe them to be truth.

August 25 was the day of my late dad's birthday, but my true Father Yahweh had chosen in His Infinite Mercy, to use on that day my beloved sister Lisa to confirm the vision, and also for her to assist and be instrumental in making me fully understand the vision that God gave me in February 2008.
Not only that, but my true Father has chosen to shower me with breakthrough last Monday 25 Aug 2008.

WOW thanks for the prayers... its times like this that make me want to leave this forum. I have only asked a simple request and I get responses like this.
I have enjoyed speaking with alot of you, but time is coming that I think I must step back from here. When we think God will destroy other Christians and people because we feel that we are being beat up by them, then I have to stop and say HMMM..I hate to break to any other person that wants this curse or judgement to fall on America. What part of the Gulf Coast do you live in Watcher? If it's in New Orleans...please leave.
Of course I'll pray for you and your family. As I live on the coast too I've already been praying this thing fizzles but it doesn't appear to be so I add to my prayer just what you said....which is, please keep us safe and help us be strong enough to get through it and it's aftermath.

I know justice..and I was making a general statement. I have seen sooo much devision in this forum lately it is starting to get old that is all..if I have sounded harsh I do apologize. I have been given the duty by my Lord to take care of my wife and children. I have alot to going on right now with this storm approaching my coast.
So if I sounded or came around harsh I do apologize to all..we just need to stop saying see I told you so and start praying for the ones in the path of this storm. Regardless of their deeds they have every right to have mercy shown on them as any other.

I am not sure if He is laughing right now..I kind of think He is sad in that fact that some will die most likely and He knows that there will be souls that are lost forever

Allow me to enlighten both of you further. Both Katrina and now Gustav have hit or will soon be hitting New Orleans Louisiana, sin city of the south. Whatt makes this even more interesting is the dates these storms hit. Right smack dab during a planned gathering of deviants to promote and celebrate the homosexual lifestyle. That's right! It's called the "Southern Decadence Festival" And I think it's pretty safe to say that our Lord isn't too happy about it either.
Oh, and just to add a little more history to landfalling gulf coast hurricanes. Pensacola Florida area is noted as having on average more landfalling tropical systems on the gulf coast.
Why?
Could it be that Pensacola hosts a homosexual extravaganza of thier own at the start of each tourist/hurricane season?

Gustav prompts talk of altering RNC agenda
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Officials with the McCain campaign and the Republican National convention are considering changing the event's agenda as Hurricane Gustav bears down on the Gulf Coast.
The Republican National Convention is set to kick off Monday in Minneapolis-St.Paul, Minnesota.
Sen. John McCain's campaign manager, Rick Davis, plans to meet with officials in charge of the party's convention planning in Minneapolis-St. Paul on Sunday to review the latest news on Hurricane Gustav and what their options might be and then consult with the presumptive presidential nominee to determine what changes may need to be made.
"I wouldn't call it a nightmare, but it is a very perplexing challenge," said a GOP official planning the event.
A senior McCain source said Saturday that officials are considering turning the convention into a service event, a massive telethon to raise money for the Red Cross and other agencies to help with the hurricane.
"He wants to do something service-oriented if and when the storm hits and it's as bad as its expected to be now," the McCain source said.
They are also hoping to get McCain himself to a storm-affected area as soon as possible.

President Bush, who is scheduled to address the convention Monday night, is making contingency plans in case the storm keeps him in Washington.
White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said there are "no schedule changes yet, but we're making contingency plans" because of the hurricane. She said it is a "serious and scary situation," so the White House is "closely monitoring" the storm.
A Republican official involved in convention planning said that various options are being explored, including having the president speak to Republican delegates via satellite and updating them on the storm rather than traveling to Minnesota.
Perino said she expects to have more details by Sunday morning.
Republican Govs. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, Charlie Crist of Florida, Haley Barbour of Mississippi and Rick Perry of Texas -- whose states that lie in the path of Gustav, named a Category 4 hurricane Saturday afternoon -- will skip the GOP convention because of the storm.
The storm has forced last-minute changes in the convention's announced schedule: If the convention -- originally scheduled to start Monday -- commences by Tuesday, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's speech will probably move to that night from Wednesday.
Other changes were being contemplated Saturday afternoon.
The hardest decisions, like whether to cancel a day or two of the four-day gathering or to or condense days, will be made at the last second, GOP officials said. But the logistics of those decisions are being discussed.
There are two scenarios under consideration for Bush's speech, slated for Monday night. If the president is on hand to speak, his wife, Laura, will give a short speech. If he is not, the first lady will give a longer speech, and the president will speak via satellite.
That decision will probably not be made until Sunday evening or Monday.
Officials won't discuss in detail how McCain's plans might change. They won't talk about McCain in any detail, but he is likely to go Monday or Tuesday to an aid station in an area hit by the hurricane, if it continues on as expected.
Earlier Saturday, President Bush declared a state of emergency in Mississippi, following similar declarations in Louisiana and Texas.
The president ordered federal aid to supplement state and local efforts in the areas in the forecast path of Hurricane Gustav.

Gustav prompts talk of altering RNC agenda
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Officials with the McCain campaign and the Republican National convention are considering changing the event's agenda as Hurricane Gustav bears down on the Gulf Coast.
The Republican National Convention is set to kick off Monday in Minneapolis-St.Paul, Minnesota.
Sen. John McCain's campaign manager, Rick Davis, plans to meet with officials in charge of the party's convention planning in Minneapolis-St. Paul on Sunday to review the latest news on Hurricane Gustav and what their options might be and then consult with the presumptive presidential nominee to determine what changes may need to be made.
"I wouldn't call it a nightmare, but it is a very perplexing challenge," said a GOP official planning the event.
A senior McCain source said Saturday that officials are considering turning the convention into a service event, a massive telethon to raise money for the Red Cross and other agencies to help with the hurricane.
"He wants to do something service-oriented if and when the storm hits and it's as bad as its expected to be now," the McCain source said.
They are also hoping to get McCain himself to a storm-affected area as soon as possible.
McCain had suggested to a Fox News interviewer that the convention could be suspended if it seemed that a festive gathering was inappropriate in light of the destruction the storm may bring. Video Watch as the Gulf Coast prepares for Gustav »

President Bush, who is scheduled to address the convention Monday night, is making contingency plans in case the storm keeps him in Washington.
White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said there are "no schedule changes yet, but we're making contingency plans" because of the hurricane. She said it is a "serious and scary situation," so the White House is "closely monitoring" the storm.
A Republican official involved in convention planning said that various options are being explored, including having the president speak to Republican delegates via satellite and updating them on the storm rather than traveling to Minnesota.
Perino said she expects to have more details by Sunday morning.
Republican Govs. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, Charlie Crist of Florida, Haley Barbour of Mississippi and Rick Perry of Texas -- whose states that lie in the path of Gustav, named a Category 4 hurricane Saturday afternoon -- will skip the GOP convention because of the storm.
The storm has forced last-minute changes in the convention's announced schedule: If the convention -- originally scheduled to start Monday -- commences by Tuesday, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's speech will probably move to that night from Wednesday.
Other changes were being contemplated Saturday afternoon.
The hardest decisions, like whether to cancel a day or two of the four-day gathering or to or condense days, will be made at the last second, GOP officials said. But the logistics of those decisions are being discussed.
There are two scenarios under consideration for Bush's speech, slated for Monday night. If the president is on hand to speak, his wife, Laura, will give a short speech. If he is not, the first lady will give a longer speech, and the president will speak via satellite.
That decision will probably not be made until Sunday evening or Monday.
Officials won't discuss in detail how McCain's plans might change. They won't talk about McCain in any detail, but he is likely to go Monday or Tuesday to an aid station in an area hit by the hurricane, if it continues on as expected.
Earlier Saturday, President Bush declared a state of emergency in Mississippi, following similar declarations in Louisiana and Texas.
The president ordered federal aid to supplement state and local efforts in the areas in the forecast path of Hurricane Gustav.

Your family are in my prayers. I strongly believe in intercessory prayer. And I have seen God's deliverance so many times, you have no idea. I pray that he will deliver you and your family out of harm's way, and if it is His will, that he will also keep safe your dwelling place and belongings.

WOW thanks for the prayers... its times like this that make me want to leave this forum. I have only asked a simple request and I get responses like this.
I have enjoyed speaking with alot of you, but time is coming that I think I must step back from here. The prayers of the faithful availeth much.....do you guys remember a couple of months ago when California was on fire? There were 2 fires here that could have blocked both of our roads leaving us with no way to escape....yet God helped the firemen get a handle on them in a hurry.
There was a huge fire 11 miles up the highway that threatened a small mining town near the river. Many people in the county started to pray and all of the Christians in the little town gathered at the old hotel to pray. I was told that they watched together as the fire changed it's course in an instant...and moved away from the town and it's residents. We all need to be on our knees for our brothers and sisters that are in harms way right now.

Yes and I can remember a few years ago today how so many of us on this forum was in prayer for NO. We need to do it again starting tonight.
