Not only is this this process as old as chemistry exists, known as hydrolysis of water, but also: it COSTS energy to win hydrogen from water.

It is not ecological, but simply shifting the problem of energy on another plate. Same problem as biofuel. Do not be deceived.

That is..unless he has truly found a new way as stated in the video. He "fractures" water apparently with a combination of high voltage (but low amperage) and high frequency.
