my point is:

will the USA start drafting men into military/emergency/fire-fighting/terrorism service?

To start a draft, there must be a provision for the pay and I don't think there is enough in the coffer to support a massive draft. Besides, the government is doing a good job recruitmentwise. I believe that if there is a draft, the personnel would come from the civilian police forces, like a selective draft. The military has been training the civilian police forces in places like some cities in Texas and in other states.

COSTA MESA, California (Reuters) - Only World War III would prompt Republican presidential candidate John McCain to bring back the military draft, McCain said on Tuesday.

Many Americans are fearful the U.S. government will be forced to reinstitute the draft given the prolonged Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Asked about that possibility by a potential voter in Florida during a telephone "town hall meeting," McCain said: "I don't know what would make a draft happen unless we were in an all-out World War III."

The United States ended its last military draft in 1973 in the waning years of the Vietnam war, moving to an all-volunteer military force.

McCain, a Vietnam veteran, said the draft during that conflict weighed most heavily on lower-income Americans, and that this should not be repeated.

"I do not believe the draft is even practicable or desirable," McCain said.

That is what is causing the whole upoar of the nations, the money has gone somewhere. All of this Mass Destruction in Iraq has not been because of a few homemade bombs. More than likely all of the arms, the guns, the tanks, the bombs, and all of the dress and garb the men have has been Made in China. The U.N. Police force in Africa stopped a Chinese freighter loaded with guns, bombs, ammunition, and all of the attachments that was bound for a middle of the country state. Where do y'all think that all of the guns, tanks, armoured vehicles, ammunition, bombs, radar equipment, laser equipment, etc. are made? But then, there is the opposite; there is all of the little knick-knacks that your children play with and eat, all of the equipment you use for your house and there is the biggest playground called Dubai. Who has made and supplied the material for all of this?
I would say the sleeping giant has the Mormon Church, though. I say that because the Mormon Church owns a lot of natural resource lands in Utah which is also home to Nature's Sunshine, a Chinese supplied company. The Mormon Church owns most of that also.

McCain says he'll start a draft if it gets to WWIII. The players are in formation and the world is getting tougher and more expensive because somebody is trying to get out of the bond that is formed when every nation helps each other nation in their daily lives through commerce.

theoretical - while it is true that tribulation will pull babylon together into a beast unrivaled & merciless & its children will flock to sign up to receive their mark, there are two possibilities of how this will be policed. either by the masses volunteering of their own choice to fuel the beast or by forces developed in secret to be unleashed at the time appointed. two recent films, Star Wars ep 1 - 3 & Lord of the Rings trilogy hinted at this idea when both films showed how the evil armies were raised. it wasn't by a draft of what was already there, but rather breeding or growing an army through genetic manipulation. granted, one was science-based & the other was occult-based, but the outcome was the same.

an army bred to control for the glory of their leader; always one leader too = hmmm.

one thing i'm noticing about hollyweird, it's almost as if they reveal certain bits of truth within the threads of fables as a warning, or to mock. either way, something to think about. what if the devil has his own "elite" private army (something we haven't even seen yet) to police the nations in times to come? theoretical, of course.
