It's sick! They want the Lord to bless them but it clearly states that to lie with a member of the same sex is an ABOMINATION in the eyes of the Lord. And how can God bless a country who blatantly sticks their finger up at Him!!! It's amazing they let this happen. I thought it was slated to be cancelled. But apparently not.

Is all of Israel doing this -

In almost every country's capital city this parade occurs. Israel as a whole, should not be held to a higher standard than any other country - although born again Christians should, and there is secret sin in the Christian world from the clergy downward to the layman in the areas of divorce (very high rate), homosexuality and fornication among young Christians. Sadly, there is secret hatred for the Jesus kinsmen in many hearts. Such is the reason the church is praying for revival.

How can God bless Israel with an almost zero inflation rate and tremendous agricultural and economic prosperity, while the U.S. is experiencing recessions, job losses, bankrupcies, severe floods, tornadoes and many, many endtime signs? Israel plans to be almost totally fossil-fuel independent in under 5 years and is already developing the hydrogen vehicle along with a myriad of new technologies including tremendous medical advances... while America is still embroiled in Iraq and perhaps soon Iran - she will be bankrupt - Israel is not - and Israel supplies much of America's intelligence in the Middle East. God will not curse all of Israel for a gay pride parade which has already been protested by many Israelis both religious and non religious... not to mention by Jewish communites in the diaspora. God will deal with your concerns, in His own, special way.


But God will certainly bless those who bless Israel -

" And I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be blessed." Genesis 12:3

Vacant, thank you for making my day. You are so right about everything you said. I wasn't being unloving to the homosexuals, I was just saying that in order to get a blessing from God, one must obey the rules. It is against his commandments to lie with a member of the same gender. And I do know that not all of Israel believes this is okay, I guess I just saw something that didn't ring true with me. I seem to have the tendency to just speak without thinking sometimes. You are so right. The US and other places are no better off with the way we/they do things. We all need to get on our knees.
