UN asks Israel to halt the expansion programme

Nations has urged Israel to halt the expansion of settlements on the occupied land.

"Any settlement expansion is contrary to Israel's obligations Under the Road Map to international law, UN Secretary General Ban ki-Moon said in a statement.

The Middle East "Road Map", drawn up by the International Quartet trying to bring peace to the strife torn region, calls on Israel to stop expansion or construction of new settlements on the occupied land and the Palestinians to reciprocate by halting the terrorist activity by the militants against Israel.

"The Secretary-General calls on the Government of Israel to halt settlement expansion and reiterates that the fulfillment of Road Map obligations by both parties is an important measure underpinning the political process between them," Ban spokesperson Michel Montas said.

The aim of Quartet, which includes the US, the European Union, Russia and the UN, is to create condition for establishment of a Palestinian State living in peace with Israel.

The Road Map, drawn up in 2002, also envisages the two sides taking simultaneous steps to bring tensions down but it as has been ignored by both Israelis and the Palestinians.

The aim of Quartet, which includes the US, the European Union, Russia and the UN, is to create condition for establishment of a Palestinian State living in peace with Israel.

Can there be a Peace.....? "NO".
Not till the Prince of Peace comes in Power and Glory!

Come soon Lord Jesus!

Luke 21

20"When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near. 21Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the city get out, and let those in the country not enter the city. 22For this is the time of punishment in fulfillment of all that has been written. 23How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people. 24They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

25"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. 27At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

Bible prophecy appears to be unfolding right before our eyes! All Israel's neighbors are beating their war drums at once. Who knows what will happen if they develop enough sense to synchronize their efforts against Israel??

Intifada is an arabic word that means "to shake off" and the palestinians use it to mean getting rid of Israel. You can also translate it to mean Rebellion.

It is not a nice word when they use it against Israel. And boy are they in for a surprise on the day that God decides He has had enough.

Is a third intifada brewing?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Not sure what an intifida is but thought this news link was interesting:

From Gaza rocket strikes and West Bank riots to a deadly shooting inside Jerusalem late last week, many Palestinians are saying – or perhaps hoping – that these incidents of violence will spark a new, much broader conflict with Israel.

Those who are encouraging a further escalation say it's overdue. Others, including many who remember the misery of past intifadas, worry that this will just drag the Palestinian cause down a dead-end street.

"There might be an escalation in the coming weeks and months, and an escalation has already been going on in Gaza in recent weeks and months," says Ali Jarbawi, a political scientist at Birzeit University, near Ramallah.

U.S. "road map" assessment seen critical of Israel By Adam Entous
1 hour, 26 minutes ago

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080311/ts_nm/...mB2tNTU8lZZ.3QA

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - The United States is not satisfied with the pace at which Israel is moving to implement a long-stalled peace "road map," U.S. and Western officials said ahead of a key meeting to assess compliance with the plan.

Officials said Washington also believed the Palestinians needed to do far more to meet their obligations to boost security and rein in militants in the West Bank, though U.S. officials have privately complained to Israel that its frequent raids were undermining those efforts.

Hey Lois, you mention

Iran is working behind the scenes to egg all the arabs on toward war with the Israelies. They are the puppet master in this because Ahmadinajad wants his precious 12th imam to come and he's certain it will be this year.

The Mahdi is the Muslim "messiah" and many believe it is the current king of Jordan....
And they say that the "Christian Messiah" Jesus will be on earth at the same time.

Muslims know only Jesus can resurrect the dead, so I agree when Jesus comes He will bring peace between the two
houses of Abraham, (Ishmael and Isaac). If not well, God always used foreign armies to do his bidding.

Like the US is the only thing protecting Israel, and Iran (like Irak) might be attacked by the US, setting off
WW3, because of their nuclear stance and threats...

Israeli Arab Sheikh - There was never a Temple on the Temple Mount

By Stan Goodenough
Mar 10, 2008

The head of the Israeli Arab Islamic Movement, Raed Salah, stated Monday that no Jewish temple has ever stood on the Temple Mount - site of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.

"The claims of the Jews are big lies and they have no right to any speck of dirt here," he said, according to The Jerusalem Post.

Inciting Arabs to riot against Israeli Jews in time-honored fashion, Salah, said the Post, accused Israel of "carrying out extensive digs under under al-Aqsa mosque, and was hiding destructive tunnels under the compound which had already caused damage to the mosque and several houses in the Muslim Quarter."

Like untold numbers of Israel's Muslim Arab citizens, Salah supports the destruction of the Jewish state.

And the Arab who shot eight Jewish students in cold blood last Thursday carried Israeli identity documents.

On Monday, about 500 people protested at Jerusalem's Hebrew University against "the incitement of Arab student groups against the state."

What I don't see in this article is Obama telling Livni that if he were elected, he would protect Israel.
During a meeting with Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni in Washington, Obama emphasized that the US and Israel had a shared interest in ensuring that Iran does not develop nuclear weapons
I think he's just trying to please every body until after he's officially elected. After that, he'll probably come down from that fence he's straddling.

They will not stop intill they are at war. What they mean by cease fire is that Isreal is not allowed to respond or protect it's self.

A hairs breadth away from failure; HA. It has always been a failure and always will be a failure, but not because of Israel. Why should the Arabs care if Israelis build homes on their own land. Because they believe in ethnic cleansing, that is why. But, that seems to be just fine with the UN. Why is it that the Muslims are the only ones who can get away with instituting ethnic cleansing? No one says a word when they do it.
If the peace process is a failure, that's wonderful news as far as I'm concerned. Maybe now Olmert can quit trying to give everything away.

Syria: Trouble in Damascus

March 12, 2008

Beirut - The following intelligence report written by STRATFOR Global Intelligence analysis the internal struggle within the Syrian regime and concludes that Syria's ruling al Assad family is in deep trouble.

Summary

Syria's ruling al-Assad family is experiencing an internal struggle, as the Feb. 12 assassination of top Hezbollah commander Imad Mughniyah in Damascus revealed. Syrian allies Iran and Lebanon's Hezbollah seem to have growing suspicions that certain elements of the Syrian regime might have been involved in Mughniyah's death, and Syrian President Bashar al Assad appears to be building a case against his brother-in-law, the director-general of Syrian intelligence, Asef Shawkat (pictured).

Analysis

The Feb. 12 assassination of Hezbollah top commander Imad Mughniyah in Damascus has exposed what appears to be a massive power struggle afflicting Syria's ruling al Assad family. Since the assassination, Stratfor has received reports from a variety of sources that indicate the death of Hezbollah's most seasoned operative might not have been a surprise to certain elements of the Syrian regime. These suspicions appear to be shared by Syria's allies Hezbollah and Iran.

As Stratfor has discussed previously, even if the Israeli Mossad orchestrated the operation to take out Mughniyah, it likely had an inside source - perhaps in Syria's security apparatus - that facilitated the operation

It looks like forces are 'stirring the pot' with a little intrigue thrown in to keep the plot interesting.

So, what do we take out of this? The enemy forces are publically blaming Israel but privately know its an inside job and not trusting each other completely because they don't know who's really pulling the strings or has loyalty to who?

Wow, and we think we know how to set up a mystery plot....again, the Lord sure shows who's the master of this world doesn't He.

Are We Closer to War?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The abrupt resignation yesterday of the top U.S. commander in the Middle East, Admiral William J. "Fox" Fallon, has sparked a new round of speculation that President Bush and Vice President Cheney have some sort of plan in the works to attack Iran before their time is up.

Fallon's resignation -- or firing -- was apparently precipitated in part by a recent Esquire profile that depicted him as brazenly pushing back against the White House hawks eager to launch another war.

http://www.usnews.com/

QUOTE
6 Signs the U.S. May Be Headed for War in Iran

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Fallon's resignation: With the Army fully engaged in Iraq, much of the contingency planning for possible military action has fallen to the Navy, which has looked at the use of carrier-based warplanes and sea-launched missiles as the weapons to destroy Iran's air defenses and nuclear infrastructure. Centcom commands the U.S. naval forces in and near the Persian Gulf. In the aftermath of the problems with the Iraq war, there has been much discussion within the military that senior military officers should have resigned at the time when they disagreed with the White House.

2. Vice President Cheney's peace trip: Cheney, who is seen as a leading hawk on Iran, is going on what is described as a Mideast trip to try to give a boost to stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace talks. But he has also scheduled two other stops: One, Oman, is a key military ally and logistics hub for military operations in the Persian Gulf. It also faces Iran across the narrow, vital Strait of Hormuz, the vulnerable oil transit chokepoint into and out of the Persian Gulf that Iran has threatened to blockade in the event of war. Cheney is also going to Saudi Arabia, whose support would be sought before any military action given its ability to increase oil supplies if Iran's oil is cut off. Back in March 2002, Cheney made a high-profile Mideast trip to Saudi Arabia and other nations that officials said at the time was about diplomacy toward Iraq and not war, which began a year later.

3. Israeli airstrike on Syria: Israel's airstrike deep in Syria last October was reported to have targeted a nuclear-related facility, but details have remained sketchy and some experts have been skeptical that Syria had a covert nuclear program. An alternative scenario floating in Israel and Lebanon is that the real purpose of the strike was to force Syria to switch on the targeting electronics for newly received Russian anti-aircraft defenses. The location of the strike is seen as on a likely flight path to Iran (also crossing the friendly Kurdish-controlled Northern Iraq), and knowing the electronic signatures of the defensive systems is necessary to reduce the risks for warplanes heading to targets in Iran.

4. Warships off Lebanon: Two U.S. warships took up positions off Lebanon earlier this month, replacing the USS Cole. The deployment was said to signal U.S. concern over the political stalemate in Lebanon and the influence of Syria in that country. But the United States also would want its warships in the eastern Mediterranean in the event of military action against Iran to keep Iranian ally Syria in check and to help provide air cover to Israel against Iranian missile reprisals. One of the newly deployed ships, the USS Ross, is an Aegis guided missile destroyer, a top system for defense against air attacks.

5. Israeli comments: Israeli President Shimon Peres said earlier this month that Israel will not consider unilateral action to stop Iran from getting a nuclear bomb. In the past, though, Israeli officials have quite consistently said they were prepared to act alone -- if that becomes necessary -- to ensure that Iran does not cross a nuclear weapons threshold. Was Peres speaking for himself, or has President Bush given the Israelis an assurance that they won't have to act alone?

6.Israel's war with Hezbollah: While this seems a bit old, Israel's July 2006 war in Lebanon against Iranian-backed Hezbollah forces was seen at the time as a step that Israel would want to take if it anticipated a clash with Iran. The radical Shiite group is seen not only as a threat on it own but also as a possible Iranian surrogate force in the event of war with Iran. So it was important for Israel to push Hezbollah forces back from their positions on Lebanon's border with Israel and to do enough damage to Hezbollah's Iranian-supplied arsenals to reduce its capabilities. Since then, Hezbollah has been able to rearm, though a United Nations force polices a border area buffer zone in southern Lebanon.

Israel urges more pressure on Iran's leaders

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BOSTON (Reuters) - Israel's Foreign Minister urged the international community on Wednesday to tighten pressure, including economic sanctions, on Iran to halt its nuclear program and said: "The clock is ticking."

"We must increase the pressure on the Iranian leadership now if we want to avoid difficult dilemmas in the future," Tzipi Livni said in a speech to Massachusetts state lawmakers after a visit to Washington this week.

"The United Nations and the international community at large have recognized that economic sanctions, especially on Iran's energy sector, are the best means to pursue Iran to change its dangerous course," she said.

The West accuses Tehran of following a program that could lead to nuclear weapons but Iran insists its development is for peaceful power generation only.

Livni said there were plenty of ways to put pressure on Iran but said: "The clock is ticking."

Yes, the previous sanctions are working so well that we need to have more of them.

Note: I simply cannot believe what my eyes are witnessing! I know we have been expecting some of this for years, but the reality is so much more stark than the imagination of what is coming...and I know we are just in the very beginning of this thing! .. maybe I was just imagining and that things were good and it wouldn't happen)...but now I see it and see it coming like a freight train. I love the Lord and thank Him for His goodness and mercy, but so weep for the pain and suffering coming on this nation and world, but only He knows what it takes to turn the hearts back! Friends, 99.9 percent of this country/world are totally blissfully unaware of what is happening and what it will mean. I just find myself crying out to the Lord...

Rockets Hit Israel After West Bank Raid

GAZA (Reuters) - Islamic Jihad fired rockets into Israel from the Gaza Strip on Thursday after an Israeli raid in the occupied West Bank, in renewed violence that threatened prospects for an Egyptian-brokered truce.

No one was injured by the salvo against the border town of Sderot, the first such attack by Islamic Jihad, a Palestinian militant faction, since March 5.

Israel, which had not struck in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip in a week, attacked from the air a rocket launcher in the town of Beit Hanoun after Sderot was hit. No one was hurt.

Islamic Jihad had vowed revenge after Israeli troops killed four of its members in the West Bank on Wednesday. Israel has rebuffed Hamas's call for the West Bank to be included in any ceasefire arrangement.

Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak said the operations showed that Israel would continue to "pursue and attack all murderers with blood on their hands and their dispatchers."

Daoud Shehab, an Islamic Jihad spokesman, said Israel had "wiped out any chance to talk about calm at this time."

The passport office in the coastal city of Tyre has received daily requests for passports at a rate of five times the normal.

Israel, Iran Practically At War --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Immediately after the massacre of eight students in a yeshiva library in Jerusalem last week, speculation began within the Israeli security establishment and the media about who had dispatched the lone murderer. Was it Hamas? Hezbollah? Perhaps a new, unknown organization claiming to act on behalf of the "liberation" of the Galilee? In fact, the speculation was pointless. Regardless of the affiliation of the actual perpetrator, the ultimate responsibility for this attack, as for almost all the terror attacks on Israel in recent years, lies with Iran.

The Palestinian struggle is no longer about creating an independent state. It is about being a front-line participant in the Iranian-led jihad to destroy Israel, evolving from a nationalist to a religious war. The thousands of celebrants in Gaza who, following the yeshiva massacre, offered prayers of thanksgiving in the mosques and distributed candies to passersby weren't only indulging in feelings of revenge for Israel's recent military incursion but heralding the coming jihadist victory over the enemies of God. A real solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict can only be reached by dealing with its primary instigator: Iran.

Israel's seventh war began in September 2000, and was launched by Yasser Arafat, who transformed Fatah into a quasi-Islamist movement, nurturing the rhetoric and martyrology of jihad. Arafat no doubt assumed he could manipulate Islamist trappings for nationalist aims. But then he went one step farther: He initiated an alliance with Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei. Until then, Iran's only client within the Palestinian national movement had been the Islamic Jihad, the smallest of the Palestinian terrorist factions. According to a former chief of Israeli military intelligence, Arafat promised the Iranians that he would turn Gaza into a second southern Lebanon, and Iran began providing weapons and funds to Arafat's Fatah. But then, in January 2002, Israel intercepted the Karine A, a ship carrying Iranian-supplied Katyusha rockets and mortars and C-4 explosives for use in suicide bombings. Exposed and under international pressure, Arafat severed the connection.

Iran Supplying Hezbollah With Long-Range Missiles
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Iran is smuggling missiles to Hezbollah through Turkey, a senior idf official has said. Citing a source within the Israeli government, research department Brigadier General Yossi Beiditz told EU ambassadors in a briefing last week that Iran continues to ship arms and equipment to terrorists via planes traveling through Turkish airspace or overland in trucks disguised as Turkish cargo carriers. From Turkey, the missiles travel through Syria before being delivered to Hezbollah compounds in Lebanon.

One clear example of this smuggling operation occurred in May 2007 when Turkish officials confiscated a train shipment of Iranian weapons, including 300 rockets, registered as cleaning materials.

Ten months later, the main difference is that the weaponry Iran is now sending to Hezbollah is far more threatening and deadly for Israel’s citizens.

According to Beiditz’s source, Iran has now delivered Hezbollah missiles with a 185-mile range, giving the terrorist organization the capability to strike strategic targets in southern Israel, such as Dimona, where an Israeli nuclear reactor is located. These long-range missiles also give Hezbollah the capability to shoot from safer distances further away from the Israeli border.

If at war at the time of election would that keep Bush in power? I don't trust anything he does.

Yes, it would under martial law, but this is not a 'declared War,' it is Proactive Defense. The President does not have the power to call martial law, he can by Military Order, but this is still not a 'declared War' so he is not now Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy and Air Force. The President relies on the Secretary of Defense to run the forces and advise him on the movement. The President cannot declare war. But, we may have been under partial-martial law since 9-11-01 because of invasion, but the invasion was more internal so that would be rebellion.
Is it now we have the first blind black Senator because somebody 'screwed' up? What does he say about war and martial law? What about Senator Clinton?
What does the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, who is farther up the ladder than the Secretary of Defense say about martial law and war?

The Burden of Damascus – Isaiah 17

...democracy breaking out all over? It sure is trying and with some success. Currently headlines focus on the tiny nation of Lebanon and her Syrian "occupiers." Let's look more closely at Syria.

The radical terror groups Hezbollah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad, under the encouraging eye of Syria's Bashir Assad, have an interest in triggering Israeli military reactions against Syria. This seems beyond belief to be sure.

Walid Phares is an Islamic analyst with America's and Israel's best interests in mind. He works with many organizations, including Brigitte Gabriel's "The American Congress for Truth." Brigitte is a frequent radio guest of mine. Walid states, "By striking Israel (as they did in the Tel Aviv bombing a week ago), Syria aims to force Israel to retaliate in a limited way. They hope it will bring an entire breakdown of the Middle East peace process and new Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas. Don't they know Israel will respond in anything but a limited way? Their belief is that the international community won't allow an Israeli invasion in the midst of an Iraq war."

They just might be wrong--dead wrong, and Syria might actually be engaged in some fatal speculation.

Would Syria ever use her massive chemical and biological weapons against Israel? What about the weapons of mass destruction moved there by Iraq just before the war? Who else would be the target of Syria's weaponry? The world clearly won't let Lebanon be the target.

Syria should have been named as an original member of President Bush's "axis of evil." It's another Baathist regime, formerly led by Hafez el Assad and now led by the son, Bashir Assad. It is one of the world's worst human rights violators. In the 1980's Hafez el Assad thought nothing of wiping out cities in Syria with political opponents in a manner similar to Saddam Hussein. Syria has no intention of leaving Lebanon in spite of world pressure. She was told to pull out in the 1980's, ignored the warnings, and got away with them.

One should not take lightly these new tensions, for Isaiah 17 speaks of "The burden of Damascus." At some point in the future (because it hasn't happened in the past) Damascus is going to get her just due for her evil. She will cease being a city. Will it be because she taunted Israel to retaliate against her far greater than Bashir Assad ever thought? With Europe and even the Arab world telling Syria to get out of Lebanon, will those allies even ignore such an attack on Damascus? Is Syria becoming the goat of the Middle East, certainly not on the level Israel is, but a great embarrassment to the Arab world?

We are not privileged to know the timetable of many future events but we can watch various signs that are markers. It is no accident that in this very late hour of history as we know it, the nation of Syria is now gaining international attention and even scorn. Some day she will cease being a city. She is playing with matches to be taunting Israel and it is likely that even our own State Department would not stand in Israel's way if a show of brute, retaliatory force were necessary. Bashir Assad has few friends other than Iran now that Saddam Hussein is off the scene. Her strategy of being the wrecking ball of Mahmoud Abbas could be a fatal flaw.
By Jan Markell

The burden of Damascus...
Whose burden is it? Is it not the burden that Damascus has to bear? With all their miscalculation, right now Damascus is the biggest self made target.

Israel makes another bid on F-22 jets
QUOTE
Well, looks like it's still on the table. I really have no quam about doing this. What a nice edge for Israel if we supply them with the best fighter in the world. I'm sure they are in need of it more than we are, and that is to say that they are under such a constant threat and with Russia supplying fighters to the rogue nations, there needs to be more superiority in Israeli hands. They are capable, restrained, and well-trained.

In the face of Iran's race to obtain nuclear weapons, defense officials who will visit the US next week plan to ask the Pentagon to reconsider its decision not to sell Israel the F-22 fifth-generation stealth fighter jet, The Jerusalem Post has learned

Defense Ministry Director-General Pinhas Buhris will visit the US for several days next week to discuss a wide range of security and defense issues, including the continued funding of the Arrow missile defense system as well as the possibility that Israel will receive the F-22.

Israel had asked for the stealth jet - manufactured by Lockheed Martin - last year in an effort to retain its qualitative edge in the region in the face of American plans to sell Saudi Arabia advanced JDAM smart bombs. The Israeli request was turned down.

FROM ABC NEWS at http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/story?id=4443788&page=1

Sen. Barack Obama's pastor says blacks should not sing "God Bless America" but "God **** America."

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's south side, has a long history of what even Obama's campaign aides concede is "inflammatory rhetoric," including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own "terrorism."

In a campaign appearance earlier this month, Sen. Obama said, "I don't think my church is actually particularly controversial." (See below.) He said Rev. Wright "is like an old uncle who says things I don't always agree with," telling a Jewish group that everyone has someone like that in their family.

An ABC News review of dozens of Rev. Wright's sermons, offered for sale by the church, found repeated denunciations of the U.S. based on what he described as his reading of the Gospels and the treatment of black Americans.

WRITTEN BY AN CURIOUS EGYTIAN NAMED USAMA
(No info available on www.snopes.com.)

I called The United Church of Christ in Chicago , Illinois, where Senator Obama is a member. I doubted that he was indeed a Christian for if he were Muslim and left the religion of Islam, according to Islamic law, he would be subject to a death warrant by Islam itself. Many such murders take place around this world to Muslims who have left Islam. However, in this case the Muslims are joyously happy to think that we would have a Muslim President in the White House. Obama is deceiving America . Muslims would not be endorsing a Muslim who left Islam to become a Christian.

It is important to note that I had four witnesses to this conversation with Obama's church on the phone. The dates and time and the length of conversation can be verified by phone records.

The following is the conversation I had with the church regarding membership in the church:

"My name is Usama, and I am from Egypt . I want to join the church." "I need to ask you some questions please." They connected me to the membership department. I proceeded to ask questions that only a Muslim would ask. "What is the difference between Baptist and your church?" She answered, "We believe exactly what Baptists believe." My second question was, "How big is your church and what kind of church is it?" Her answer was, "We are a Black African American church and we have 6000 members. I asked her, "Do I have to attend Sunday school classes and other meetings to be a member?" She said, "No, that is not necessary." I asked, "Do I have to be baptized to join the church?" Her answer was "NO." I asked, "Do I have to give money to join the church?" She answered "NO." I went on to ask her how do I join the church? She replied, "You need to attend two Sunday school membership classes in a row and then you need to walk the aisle." I said, "That sounds easy." "Now one last question please."

"IF I AM A MUSLIM AND I BELIEVE IN PROPHET MOHAMMED , PEACE BE UPON HIM, AND I ALSO BELIEVE IN JESUS , PEACE BE UPON HIM, DO I HAVE TO GIVE UP MY ISLAMIC FAITH TO BE A MEMBER IN YOUR CHURCH?" SHE REPLIED, "NO, WE HAVE MANY MEMBERS IN OUR CHURCH WHO ARE MUSLIM." I ASKED HER, "IS THAT HOW SENATOR BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA BECAME A MEMBER OF THE CHURCH?" THERE WAS A DEAD SILENT MOMENT. AND THEN I SAID THAT I KNEW HIS FATHER AND STEPFATHER ARE MUSLIM: HIS GRANDFATHERS AND GRANDMOTHERS ARE MUSLIMS: HIS UNCLES AND AUNTS, NEPHEWS AND NIECES AND COUSINS ARE MUSLIM. EVERYONE IN HIS FAMILY IN KENYA ARE MUSLIMS. She replied to me, "I am sorry I cannot answer this question for you." I could sense she was uncomfortable to go on further with me.

I ended the conversation by saying to her, "YOUR CHURCH HAS DONE GREAT HARM TO THIS COUNTRY BY COVERING A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING, AND THAT WOLF IS SENATOR BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA." End of phone call.

SCARY INSIGHTS ON HILLARY

The following was received from a retired Air Force general.
(www.snopes.com could not deny or confirm.)
___

For those who don't know, Capt. Denny Keast flies for UAL and flew many SAM's (Special Air Missions) for the White House.

**I flew 4 Presidential support missions in the C-141 out of Dover AFB, DE.. Two for President Johnson and two for President Nixon.

Johnson was a first class jerk and on the two occasions I flew for him, if the Secret Service and their Liaison in the Pentagon hadn't intervened, we would have had to stay on the airplane for hours while he (Johnson) was off somewhere. Nixon never required that and the four (4) stops we made with him he was cordial to the Secret Service and to me and my crew.

We had a neighbor when I lived in DC who was part of the secret service presidential detail for many years. His stories of Kennedy and Johnson were the same as those I heard from the guys who flew the presidents' plane. Yes, Kennedy did have Marilyn Monroe flown in for secret "dates," and LBJ was a typical Texas "good ole boy" womanizer. Nixon, Bush 41, and Carter n ever cheated on their wives. Clinton cheated, but couldn't match Kennedy or LBJ in style or variety.

The information below is accurate: The elder Bush and current president Bush make it a point to thank and take care of the air crews who fly them around. When the president flies, there are several planes that also go, one carries the armored limo, another the security detail, plus usually a press aircraft.

Both Bushes made it a point to stay home on holidays, so the Air Force and security people could have a day with their families.

Hillary Clinton was arrogant and orally abusive to her security detail. She forbade her daughter, Chelsea, from exchanging pleasantries with them. Sometimes Chelsea, miffed at her mother's obvious conceit and mean spiritedness, ignored her demands and exchanged pleasantries regardless, but never in her mother's presence. Chelsea really was a nice, kindhearted, and lovely young lady. The consensus opinion was that Chelsea loved her Mom but did not like her. Hillary Clinton was continuously rude and abrasive to those who were charged to protect her life. Her security detail dutifully did their job, as professionals should, but they all loathed her and wanted to be on a different detail.

Hillary Clinton was despised by the Secret Service as a whole. Former President Bill Clinton was much more amiable than his wife. Often the Secret Service would cringe at the verbal attacks Hillary would use against her husband. They were embarrassed for his sake by the manner and frequency in which she verbally insulted him, sometimes in the presence of the Secret Service, and sometimes behind closed doors. Even behind closed doors Hillary Clinton would scream and holler so loudly that everyone could hear what she was saying. Many felt sorry for President Clinton and most wondered why he tolerated it instead of just divorcing his "attack dog" wife. It was crystal clear that the Clinton's neither liked nor respected each other and this was true long before the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Theirs was genuinely a "marriage of convenience."

Chelsea was much closer to her father than her mother, even after the Lewinsky scandal, which hurt her gravely. Bill Clinton did in fact have charisma, and occasionally would smile at or shake hands with his security detail. Still, he always displayed an obvious air of superiority towards them. His security detail uniformly believed him to be disingenuous, false, and that he did nothing without a motive that in some way would enhance his image and political career. He was polite, but not kind. They did not particularly like him and nobody trusted him.

Al Gore was the male version of Hillary Clinton. They were friendlier toward each other than either of them were towards former President Clinton. They were not intimate, so please don't read that in. They were very close in a political way. Tipper Gore was generally nice and pleasant. She initially liked Hillary but soon after the election she had her "pegged" and no longer liked her or associated with her except for events that were politically obligatory.

Al Gore was far more left wing than Bill Clinton. Al Gore resented Bill Clinton and thought he was too "centrist." He despised all Republicans. His hatred was bitter and this was long before he announced for the Presidency. This hatred was something that he and Hillary had in common. They often said as much, even in the presence of their security detail. Neither of them trusted Bill Clinton and, the Secret Service opined, neither of them even liked him. Bill Clinton did have some good qualities, whereas Al Gore and Hillary had none, in the view of their security details.

Al Gore, like Hillary, was very rude and arrogant toward his security detail. He was extremely unappreciative and would not hesitate to scold them in the presence of their peers for minor details over which they had no control. Al Gore also looked down on them, as they finally observed and learned with certainty on one occasion . Al got angry at his offspring and pointed at his security detail and said, "Do you want to grow up and be like them?" Word of this insult by the former Vice-President quickly spread and he became as disliked by the Secret Service as Hillary. Most of them prayed Al Gore would not be elected President, and they really did have private celebrations in a few of their homes after President Bush won. This was not necessarily to celebrate President Bush's election, but to celebrate Al Gore's defeat.

Everyone in the Secret Service wants to be on First Lady Laura Bush's detail. Without exception, they concede that she is perhaps the nicest and most kind person they have ever had the privilege of serving. Where Hillary patently refused to allow her picture to be taken with her security detail, Laura Bush doesn't even have to be asked, she offers. She doesn't just shake their hand and say, "Thank you." Very often, she will give members of her detail a kindhearted hug to express her appreciation. There is nothing false about her. This is her genuine nature. Her security detail considers her to be a "breath of fresh air." They joke that comparing Laura Bush with Hillary Clinton is like comparing "Mother Teresa" with the "Wicked Witch of the North."

Likewise, the Secret Service considers President Bush to be a gem of a man to work for. He always treats them with genuine respect and he always trusts and listens to their expert advice. T hey really like the Crawford, Texas detail. Every time the president goes to Crawford he has a Bar-B-Q for his security detail and he helps serve their meals. He sits with them, eats with them, and talks with them.. He knows each of them by their first name, and calls them by their first name as a show of affection. He always asks about their family, the names of which he always remembers. They believe that he is deeply and genuinely appreciative of their service. They could not like, love, or respect anyone more than President Bush. Most of them did not know they would feel this way, until they had an opportunity to work for him and learn that his manner was genuine and consistent. It has never changed since he began his Presidency. He always treats them with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion.

**Please pass this on. It is important for Americans to have a true inside understanding of their President.. And also the woman who is currently a candidate for president.. ***

Obama's Pastor-shocking

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Look at this:

Obama's pastor:--- ---- America, U.S. to blame for 9/11

His pastor is very political and racist. He supposedly recently retired. There's lots of stuff about him in the news. The IRS is looking into pulling the church's tax free status as well.

Hey, Obama...what do you have to say now???

I was listening to Talk Radio to somebody yesterday talking about the Clintons. And her suggestion was that they take Chelsea and go to a hideout somewhere and heal. The Clintons are verging on abuse, I would think. Internal conflict is what it is. Such a model for the American people. Imagine what Chelsea has to listen to.

Bill and Al are brother's, aren't they? Oh no, wait; it is coke man Roger, 10-4.

I got some news about the highway connecting Dubai to Abu Dabai; let me see if I can get it because it leads to some interesting thoughts.

http://www.gulfnews.com/nation/Traffic_and...t/10196597.html

This highway has a speed of 120 km/hr and I don't know how many MPH that is, but it was during the morning rush-hour.
Now, the question is, where is all of that black smoke going to go? And just think of the riches of junkyard owners, man that would be a good business to be in. That and the medical field. And ambulance repair shops.

It is absolutely rediculous the thinking behind the masses.

Isn't Barak Obama's line of family from Kenya? Yes:

QUOTE
The absolute support that Kenyans offer Obama comes from the fact that his father was Kenyan, which, according to our tradition, makes him our own. In most of our tribal cultures, a child belongs to the father. This overshadows the fact that his mother was a white American. Likewise, the fact that Obama doesn't hold Kenyan citizenship, or speak any Kenyan language, is insignificant. Kenyans, especially those from his father's home province of Nyanza, love him so much that they have already renamed a primary school and a high school in his honor. In Kenyan bars, you can order "Obama beer," a brew that used to be named "Senator" long before he became one.

Hundreds of Kenyans have fallen ill after a chemical consignment was dumped on the roadside near the port city of Mombasa. According to a local official, up to 1,500 people have sought treatment at local hospitals, complaining mainly of chest pains and respiratory problems they believe were caused by the leaking container. "Due to the high number of people registering at the municipal hospitals, we have ordered the importer to appear before the Mombasa municipal council so that the people who have suffered from the acid can be compensated," said Nasser Rashed, in charge of the environment at the council. He stressed that many more people in the Kipevu area may have been affected but had not sought help from the local facilities. According to local officials and witnesses, the substance is believed to consist mainly of nitric acid and was imported by Kasese Cobalt, a Ugandan company. "The matter is under investigation, we are still trying to figure out exactly who is responsible... We are also awaiting laboratory results," said Mabrouk Juma, the local MP's top aide. He said that the authorities had urged the population not to approach the site where the chemical product was dumped and added that the container had now been removed.)

Perhaps they both should be tried for treason against America. Obama claims he is a Christian but does the following: For abortion, gays, killing embreyos for stem cell research, favorite tv hero character a gay guy, attends 20 years of church with pastor who tells them to God D____ America and we caused 9/11, and he is basically for everything against the Christian checklist on the political candidates (along with Hillary). He wants money to go to Africa probably to support his dad's tribe in Kenya, as you said, who are militant Islamists = probably terrorists.

Prayers.......
This must be the worst accident in the world so far. Dubai broke another record. I hope who ever was involved will be okay soon and I feel for the families who lost their dear ones. I am still having a hard time consuming this, because seriously this is unbelievable. I had a hard time believing, 200 cars?! I mean seriously, who ever was speeding either is dead or feeling great guilt, I hope people take that as an example. Some of you said reducing speed limit, but do you guys really think that will help? I mean what kind of Radar catches you in the fog? Reducing the speed limit isn't the solution. There is no law that will help this kind of situation. The only thing that could help is either apply extreme punishment if one is caught, or either make getting a license harder. Or maybe launch a massive educational campaign. In the end I say please people, be careful, speeding won't make you a better man or woman. If you don't care about your lives, we do, we have families and friends on the road driving with you.

Understanding Purim
The Origin and Description of Purim

by James W. Goll, March 2008

The celebration of Purim originated out of the decrees of Mordecai and Queen Esther (Est. 9:29-32). It was a time when intervention arose through desperate acts of prayer and fasting led by Queen Esther to overturn the decree for the annihilation of the Jewish people inspired by Haman. Haman’s evil plot was revealed, the tables were turned and he was hung on his own gallows. The events took place historically roughly between 483 to 471 B. C.

According to the Jewish calendar, Purim is held in the month of Adar, which usually falls in February or March. Moses was born in Adar. It is also the month when the Jewish leader of the Maccabees defeated the Syrians and the month when the orders were given to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem preceding the reconstruction of the Temple and first return of the Jewish people to Israel. Redemptively, the period of time known as Adar has been a time when intervention comes out of crisis.

Although Purim was founded in biblical times, its observation is not commanded by God as are the holy convocations mentioned in Leviticus 23. But the Holy Spirit is prophetically calling believers today to participate in this special time of sacrifice in this generation.

Haman’s Lineage Exposed

King Ahasuerus unfortunately promoted a man who eventually became one of Israel’s all-time worst enemies. His name was Haman, and he is described as the “son of Hammedatha, the Agagite” (Est. 3:1).

Haman’s lineage is significant to the history of Purim. He was a descendant of Agag, who was a king of the Amalekites in the days of Saul and Samuel. Saul defeated Agag but disobeyed the Lord by allowing him to live. The prophet Samuel rebuked King Saul for his disobedience then “hewed Agag in pieces before the Lord” (1 Sam. 15:33).

Being an Amalekite, Agag was part of the group of people who were long-term enemies of Israel. Because of their treatment of the children of Israel in the days of Moses, God declared war on Amalek “from generation to generation” (Ex. 17:16). In Jewish teaching, Amalek is seen as the epitome of anti-Semitism.

Haman therefore had a heritage of enmity toward the Jewish people. As the book of Esther unfolds, we see how Haman was used to exhibit this generational hatred toward God’s Chosen People.

The problem is that this ancient, malevolent spirit has plagued our planet throughout the generations. It has no regard for human reason, logic, good intentions or mere religious pursuits. This dark spirit of anti-Semitism - or what may be called “the spirit of Haman” - is on the loose once again.

The Mordecai Anointing – A Quote from Exodus Cry Book

The Holy Spirit wants to inject the burden of the Lord for purposes of God among the Jewish people into the global prayer movement, like a nurse with a fully loaded needle. We need a potent injection of God’s heart into our heart! That is why God wants to raise up a Mordecai anointing to prepare Esther for a time of intervention. We need to know what Esther accomplished, but what was Mordecai’s task? What was his divine assignment?

Mordecai’s job was to raise up and prepare Esther for her hour of influence before the king. Mordecai raised Esther as his own daughter. He did not bow down or pay homage to Haman, who sought the destruction of the Jews, but only worshipped the one true God. He intercepted Haman’s scheme of the enemy and revealed it with wisdom to those in authority. He walked in prophetic counsel and instilled courage into Esther.

Esther, properly tutored and mentored by the counsel of Mordecai, seized the moment through prayer and fasting. Esther was anointed to intervene and stand in the gap, yet she had to walk in cooperation with the preparation of Mordecai, the spiritual authority God had placed in her life.

God chose to work through Mordecai to alert Esther to her destiny and timing of her intercessory acts on behalf of the Jews. God is looking for modern day Mordecais to prepare His people for such a time as this!

The Esther Mandate - 12 Scriptural Points

The following 12 points are taken from chapters 2 – 5 of the book of Esther.

Esther: 2:7 – She was adopted and raised by Mordecai

Esther 2:10 – She received instruction from his oversight

Esther 2:11 – Mordecai watched over her progress

Esther 2:19 – Mordecai sat at the King’s Gate

Esther 2:20 – She remained under his authority

Esther 2:22 – The plot was revealed as they walked together

Esther 3:2 – Mordecai would not bow down to Haman

Esther 4:1 – Mordecai fasted, wept and mourned before all

Esther 4:4,5 – He refused false comfort and remained resolute

Esther 4:14 – The admonishment to accept the appointment

Esther 4:15, 16 – Her reply, “If I perish, I perish!”

Esther 5:2 – She thus obtained favor with the King

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Cry Continues to Arise!

Every year I am calling on Christians to sacrifice our time, our comfort and our agendas to undertake a three-day Esther Mandate Fast at Purim. This spiritual investment of the Worldwide Prayer Movement in the global body of Christ will not fail. It will bring about nothing less than “God’s will on earth as it is in heaven” for the Jewish people and the nation of Israel.

Join me and thousands of others as we seek the face of God once again as a bride prepared for her king. The days of the Purim Esther Mandate Fast – The Cry - are March 19 - 21, 2008.

A Prayer for Purim
Lord, I pray that the Holy Spirit will release revelation to the leadership of the body of Christ to be modern day Mordecais who help prepare Esther – the bride of Christ – for her task of standing in the gap for Israel and the Jewish people worldwide. Holy Spirit, I ask you to anoint the reading of the book of Esther this week and that “watchmen would be awakened worldwide” to their task of standing with Israel.

Join Me on the Walls of Intercession!

That wreck in Dubai was in thick fog. Tying that together with Purim of next weekend, I'm just thinking here, isn't there something in the bible about a fog during the passover that killed the first-born in Egypt? I say that because I got the message that humans are the first-born of God and God put the bow in the sky to let us know that the world will not again be destroyed by water.
