Amman - King Abdullah II of Jordan on Monday told a group of European parliamentarians that he considered the year 2008 as a 'crossroad' for peace between Israel and the Palestinians, according to a royal court statement.

'This year represents a crossroad for the Middle East. We have to choose between peace and stability or their antonyms,' the monarch told legislators from 27 European countries attached to the MedBridge Group.

'Therefore, the world community should help the Palestinian and Israeli leaderships to ensure (a) future for the Palestinians and peace for Israel,' he said.

Abdullah referred to the ongoing negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians on the core issues of Jerusalem, the settlements, refugees and frontiers that were launched at the Annapolis conference on November 27.

He warned against the 'negative repercussions' on the peace talks of Israel's continued building of settlements in East Jerusalem and other Palestinian areas it occupied in 1967.

Responding to questions from the European delegation, Abdullah ruled out the normalization of ties between Israel and the Arab peoples.

'The politicians should first give their peoples the opportunity to build up their future before moving to utilize (the) opportunities of economic cooperation. It is impossible for people to move while the machine of daily killings is operating,' the monarch said.

'Jordan sticks to the rights of return and compensation for Palestinian refugees' in accordance with the UN General Assembly resolution 194 of 1948, Abdullah said.

Iranians inaugurate space project

The rocket was launched from a secret desert location


Rocket launch
Iran has launched a research rocket to inaugurate a newly built space centre.
The test-launch for the country's first low-orbit research satellite was shown on Iranian state television to cries of "God is Great" from the announcer.

Correspondents say advances in Tehran's missile technology are likely to alarm Western powers, as Iran presses on with a controversial nuclear programme.

The White House called the launch "unfortunate", warning it would further isolate Iran from the global community.

The BBC's Jon Leyne in Tehran says it is a highly symbolic moment for the launch, coinciding with the 29th anniversary of the Iranian revolution.

Reporting of the story on Iranian TV has been accompanied by a great deal of patriotic music.

'Important achievement'

The successful test-launch bodes well for Iran's low-orbit satellite project, with its scheduled launch date of March 2009.

The space centre, at an unidentified desert location, includes an underground control station and launch pad for the satellite which will be named Omid (Hope).

"We need to have an active and influential presence in space," President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in a televised ceremony before the launch.

"Iran took its first step very strongly, precisely and wisely," he said. "Building and launching a satellite is a very important achievement."

In February 2007, Iran said it had launched a rocket capable of reaching space - before it made a parachute-assisted descent to Earth.

In October 2005, a Russian rocket launched Iran's first satellite, the Sina-1, which carried photographic and telecommunications equipment.

Western countries also fear Iran wants to produce nuclear weapons.

Tehran denies this, insisting its uranium-enrichment programme is solely to generate electricity.

Tehran is already thought to have missiles which can reach Israel and this launch is seen as further evidence that it is developing its rocket technology.

Police to Investigate Olmert for Negotiating Jerusalem's Future

(IsraelNN.com) The police have received a criminal complaint against Prime Minister Ehud Olmert for discussing the future of Jerusalem with a foreign entity - in violation of the Jerusalem Law. However, the police have not reported any progress on investigating the matter.

The complaint was originally filed a month ago by Jerusalem attorney Baruch Ben-Yosef, on behalf of the Victims of Arab Terror International organization, headed by Shifra Hoffman. Copies were also sent to State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss, Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann, and Attorney General Menachem Mazuz.

However, on Monday of this week, Ben-Yosef sent a reminder to the police, asking why he had not heard from them regarding his complaint.

What the Law Says
Clause 6 of "Basic Law: Jerusalem, the Capital of Israel" states, "No authorities over the area of Jerusalem currently under the purview of the State of Israel or the Jerusalem Municipality shall be given over to any foreign political or governmental entity, or any other similar foreign entity, neither permanently or temporarily." Clause 5 states that the Old City and other areas liberated by Israel during the Six Day War are an integral part of Jerusalem for the purposes of this law.

Clause 7 states that the preceding two clauses can be changed only if such a change is supported by a full majority - 61 MKs - of the Knesset.

"According to professional legal opinion," Ben-Yosef wrote in the original complaint, "any negotiations with a foreign entity regarding the division of Jerusalem and/or the giving away of parts of it to any foreign authority, are in total and blatant violation of this law."

Well, I'm just so relieved Israel isnot about to stand there and just watch Olmert give away their country. At least they are giving him some opposition.

h. Confrontation between Pakistan and India would detract from
US and other response to
Iranian, Syrian, Hezbollah, Hamas, Al Qaeda strike on Israel
i. Strikes on Israel would detract from international response
to strikes by Pakistan on India
j. Iran still has internal Internet and other communication.
k. Probably coincidental that additional US naval missile forces
have arrived in Haifa, Israel harbour today.
l. Curious dream reported on Internet source -
sometime ago that strike would occur on India
sometime during two week period beginning February 4th.
Dream contained two confirming/preceding events
(said unknown and unexpected by the dreamer)
but reported by the dreamer in October -
that have since come true.
All this for those who find such things curious.
m. Communications blackout has precedence as per WW1
and even in the recent Israeli strike against Syria
n. New (Dark of the Moon) period is Wednesday -
which has become a favoured time of starting conflicts
given radar technology.
o. Astrologists reporting that this is a time favourable to war -
which while being something to which I give no credence -
still is a factor in Persian culture.

q. Timing pressures on Iran and Pakistan are immense because:
1. Pressure is mounting for intervention against Pakistan
to disable the nuclear forces there
2. Pressure is mounting on Iran via UN
to shut down its nuclear activity
with upcoming IAEA report and Sanctions votes
3. Pressure is mounting on Iran via the Bushir reactor -
that while it has received the fuel
it has not received the controls necessary to activate.
4. Hezbollah and Hamas capabilities are peaking
with reconstruction of the wall into Egypt,
that will slow further import of weapons.
5. Pressure is greatly mounting on Iran
that Israel may be preparing for a pre-emptive strike -
and that the Syrian strike was a preliminary test -
to demonstrate / prove capabilities
of subverting Syrian / Iranian / Russian provided
radar and aerial defences.
6. Political instability in the US -
with the possibility of a regime coming to power
that would not favour an attack on Iran -
thus prompting existing neo-con forces to attack
while they still have the opportunity.
7. First strike has VERY GREAT advantage for
Pakistan, Iran and Syria
and so they may view it as now or never.

These are all idle speculations on my part.
That is what I do -
look for patterns and possible connections.
These may have no more significance
than many that I have done in the past.

This is not at all unusual. Earthquakes come and go in cycles that are irregular and unpredictable. But many small quakes are actually a good thing. It is when a fault that is usually fairly active stops having small quakes that you have to worry that pressure is building for a big one.

Of course big quakes will happen from time to time anyway but a lot of little ones in an area known for them, like in the report above, is little reason for concern. At least not in the short term future anyway. Go to the USGS earthquake center website and look at the history of quakes in different regions and you will see that there is little rhyme or reason to the timing of them.

Google the term earthquake database and you will come up with a bunch of useful and informative links.

The Path To Self-Destruction

Last Friday, two mentally disabled women strapped with remote-control explosives brought carnage to two Baghdad pet bazaars. More than 100 people were killed in both bombings, the city's largest attack since the American troop buildup began.

The bombers were able to get past security because men are not allowed to search the bodies of female pedestrians. The women’s mental condition is another factor that may have tricked the guards into thinking they were harmless. Police said one woman sold cream in the mornings at the market and was known to locals as "the crazy lady."

At least four other suicide bombings have been staged by women since November, all in the volatile Diyala province northeast of the capital.

Officials in Iraq were quick to condemn the bombings. "These two suicide vest attacks represent the worst of human nature," said Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Hammond, the top U.S. commander in Baghdad. He said American forces would continue their targeted operations that have succeeded in decreasing attacks.

"We will not give back any terrain here in Baghdad," he told reporters at a U.S. patrol base south of the capital.

In Washington, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said the bombings prove al-Qaida is "the most brutal and bankrupt of movements" and will strengthen Iraqi resolve to reject terrorism.

Friday's death toll is part of a recent steady increase in the monthly toll of Baghdad bombing deaths. After reaching a low in November, the body count has risen the past two months. February is only three days old and it is already on track to be the deadliest month since the surge began.

What seems to be lost in all the news reporting is the word "evil." These terrorist bombings are some of the most repulsive acts in human history. You would think the devil himself would be the origin of a plan to use mentally retarded women as bombers to attack a pet bazaar crowded with dozens of children.

Probably most shocking is that this event has received little reaction from the global community. I was amazed at how quickly the bombing story disappeared from the headlines.

Why has Islam not suffered any major scorn for these depraved bombings? The only logical answer would have to point out the level of control Satan has over this world.

In 1945, the world was shocked to discover Hitler's death camps. The German people were seemingly forever stained by acts committed by their leaders, and man collectively decided that this terrible event should never be repeated. If the holocaust happened today, I wonder if its impact would last through the decade. The lessons from history have been lost, and man has become hopelessly desensitized to his true evil nature.

Our society has clearly lost its moral compass, and unless we find it, the inhabitants of earth are doomed to follow the path towards self-destruction.

Whenever there is some senseless act of mass murder, everyone asks, "Why did this happen?" "And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days" (Mark 13:20).

The Coming Change

It all revolves around the mantra: “I just don’t see anyone I can vote for, do you?” Yet, I hear animated inflection, even exhilaration, in the expressions of media pundits and in some out here in the sea of humanity who engage in common conversation.

A news story caught my attention and set in motion a bit of cogitation on the strange mixture of foreboding and excitement wafting throughout America and the world while the U.S. presidential election process pervades our daily comings and goings. It reads in part:

“Germans are gaga over Barack Obama. He's got Japan pretty jazzed, too, along with Hillary Rodham Clinton. Russia's leaders, not so much: They prefer a Republican—as long as it's not Kremlin critic John McCain. And Mexico's president? He doesn't have much use for any of them.

America's extraordinary presidential campaign has captivated politicians and ordinary people around the globe. With so much at stake in the race for the White House, the world is watching with an intensity that hasn't been seen since the Clinton era began in 1992.

After eight years of President Bush, the latest mantra in U.S. politics—"transformational change"—is resonating across the rest of a planet desperate for a fresh start…” (World Captivated by US Presidential Race, Feb. 1, 2008, By WILLIAM J. KOLE, Associated Press Writer).

Actually, the “transformational change” is well under way. It has been in process for decades. The tide of humanism has washed away the base in which the pillars of American constitutional principles were set by the founding fathers. The 1960s saw judicial fiat replace much of the legislative and executive branches' involvement in shaping social-cultural posture for this nation.

Roe vs. Wade and the abortion of nearly 50 million babies, followed by prayer and Bible reading being rejected and ejected by humanists who now run the public schools, prepared the way for the complete transformation in church life in America–and spiritual changes that no nation can survive as a moral entity.

The mega-church movement that has invited entertainment priorities to replace sound doctrinal teaching and preaching is the result of decades of telling the American people that while church (meaning Christianity) and state must be separate at all costs, the Church must allow the secular things of the nation–and all things attendant to humanism—to be a visceral part of its activities. Entertainment, pop psychology, rock bands, and merchandising have become part of the transformational change.

The methodologies have worked. The mega-churches have burgeoned in numbers and grown wealthy and opulent. They will receive no sound doctrinal meat of God’s Word in most cases, but the attendees have “been to church.” Their consciences can be clear, and it didn’t hurt a bit.

The “transformational change” the humanists–and Lucifer—want is coming to pass. The result will be the regime of Antichrist, whom the masses will worship as God. There will be no doubt about who to vote for in that day.

God’s Word through the psalmist echoes in our time: “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion” (Psalm 2:1-6).

Christians are to be good citizens. I don’t mean to imply we shouldn’t cast our ballot for the best alternative. But, we must never be deluded into believing that change for the better will flow from any human election or subsequent government. True change that can improve the human condition comes only from a transformed spiritual heart–a condition produced only through God’s Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Who cuts undersea cables in the Middle East?

Internet connectivity still remains slow in several Middle East countries due to the cable damage near Egypt, Iran and Dubai. An improvement is not expected soon as operators claim there are many complexities involved in fixing the problem. In addition, all voice calls, corporate data and video traffic were also affected.



The first two cables, off Alexandria in Egypt, were cut on January 23. Over the weekend a looped cable in the Gulf waters was cut in two points, off Dubai and off Iran's Bandar Abbas. The cuts have raised many conspiracy theories on their reasons.


However, the International Cable Protection Committee, an association of 86 submarine cable operators dedicated to safeguarding undersea cables, has declined to speculate on the cause of the breaches, adding investigations were underway.





In the UAE, an estimated 1.7 million Internet users have been affected by the recent undersea cable damage, an expert said, quoting recent figures published by TeleGeography, an international research Web site. In the UAE, nearly 90 per cent of Internet traffic is routed through undersea cables and only 10 per cent is done through the satellite.



Quoting TeleGeography and describing the effect the cuts had on the Internet world, Mahesh Jaishanker, executive director, Business Development and Marketing, du, told Khaleej Times: “The submarine cable cuts in FLAG Europe-Asia cable 8.3km away from Alexandria, Egypt and SeaMeWe-4 affected at least 60 million users in India, 12 million in Pakistan, six million in Egypt and 4.7 million in Saudi Arabia.”



A total of five cables being operated by two submarine cable operators have been damaged with a fault in each. These are SeaMeWe-4 (South East Asia-Middle East-Western Europe-4) near Penang, Malaysia, the FLAG Europe-Asia near Alexandria, FLAG near the Dubai coast, FALCON near Bandar Abbas in Iran and SeaMeWe-4, also near Alexandria.

Dear friends:

Below are some thoughts concerning the main candidates for President, both Democrat and Republican. I do not know which would fulfill God’s prophetic plan for America. It depends upon whether national judgment or national revival is coming, and I know Christians are split on that issue. Whom do I prefer? You will see.

DEMOCRATS

Hillary Clinton. This woman is downright scary. Philosophically, she is a far-left socialist or Marxist and would be a disaster for the nation. She has no executive experience. I have an actual photo of her as a young woman being prayed for by an American Indian shaman (witch doctor). It is possible demons entered her at that moment, which would account the insider White House reports of her private language, bad temper, rudeness, and morality. I personally believe the woman is driven by evil, as is her husband. They are a good pair. Someone has remarked, “Can you imagine Bill Clinton in the White House again with nothing to do.”

Barak Hussein Obama. Obama is a very likeable, charismatic, articulate person whom I would much prefer over Hillary. Sadly, he is more far-left than she is, and has no more experience. He has the # 1 liberal voting record in the Senate. Whereas I believe Hillary is devious, I believe Obama is sincere and just misguided. His choice of a racist church and pastor is a concern; however, I believe some of the things written about him are not true or are ill-founded, such as really being a Muslim, or being anti-American. Yet, with ultra-liberals you can never be sure. Still, I would still prefer him over Hillary. Please do not send me that pledge-of-allegiance photo where his hand was not over his heart. I have already seen it 10 times and it doesn’t prove anything as he was facing away from the others and some people just do not know what to do in such an instance. I cut him some slack on that one.

REPUBLICANS

John McCain. By his voting record, McCain is a Democrat masquerading as a Republican. McCain is also scary. Reports are that the number of fellow Senators who think John McCain is psychologically unstable is large. Some will admit it publicly, like Thad Cochran who says, "The thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine." Others relate times when McCain screamed four-letter obscenities right in their faces in the Senate cloak room, like Dick Shelby, Rick Santorum, or Jim Inhofe. "The man is unhinged," one Senator told me. "He is frighteningly unfit to be Commander-in-Chief." What worries a small group of GOP Senators and Congressmen even more is a deep and dark skeletal secret in McCain's glorified past as a POW to which they are privy, and which some believe the Clintons will use to blackmail him. McCain knows nothing about economics, is so anti-capitalist he uses "profit" as a term of derision, has never run a business or had any job outside of government, will raise taxes, believes "stopping global warming" is worth destroying the American economy, won't drill ANWR, won't appoint strict constructionist justices, won't protect marriage, will give amnesty to 20 million illegal aliens, and is beloved by the New York Times. McCain ridicules Mitt Romney for making a profit in his businesses, on which taxes are paid, but fails to acknowledge that taxes have paid all his salary during his entire Navy and Congressional careers, and that his wealthy wife’s money all came from business.

Mike Hucakbee. Because he is an outspoken Christian, I used to like Huckabee and started out leaning in his direction. However, I believe he has since used his faith unwisely and wears it on his sleeve too much. Also, in the past few days he has made totally unwarranted verbal cheap shots at Mitt Romney which come across as crude and not Christ-like. I have been very disappointed in him. Derisive of Romney’s successful business background, Huckabee has said such ridiculous things as, “He can’t buy me,” and “Romney can take his M.B.A. degree and go back to Boston.” Only a small, small man would say such things. A quiet little 88-year-old Christian woman said about Huckabee today, "I don't like him. He's mean." He has also attacked Sean Hannity and said untrue things about him. It is speculated that he is strangely attacking Romney instead of the Democrats because he is aiming for a VP slot with McCain and wants McCain’s favor. There is even talk of a deal between McCain and Huckabee. If there is, I hope it collapses. By selfishly staying in the race, Huckabee may deprive the Republican party of a conservative candidate.

Mitt Romney. In contrast to Huckabee, Romney answered those charges with gentleness and grace. Although a Mormon, he has demonstrated more fruit of the Spirit than preacher Huckabee. Go figure. Probably Romney’s only negative is his Mormonism, but I do not believe that would affect his service as President. His Mormon morality would be a plus after Bill Clinton’s sexual activities in the Oval Office. Romney is probably the most intelligent and able of all the candidates and has more proven executive experience. He is the only true conservative. Oddly, Romney, the Mormon, is acting more like a Christian than any of them.

[The media, which love liberal McCain, have been anti-Romney and prejudicial. For example, where Romney has had a sincere change of conscience and position on some issues, the media have charged him of “flip-flopping.” But with McCain, they have only said that He has “grown.”]

General Jerry Curry. As of about two weeks ago, there is a new candidate for President on the scene. He is U.S. Army retired Major General Jerry Curry, veteran of 34 years of active duty. He is an outspoken Spirit-filled, Bible-believing Christian and popular Christian conference speaker. His ancestry is a mixture of African, European and American Indian. The other day I spoke with General Curry's Chief of Operations, Steve Kelsay. I asked how can he miss important primaries, including Super Tuesday, and still be in contention? Steve said he believes that Republicans are so divided there will be no clear favorite at the convention, which will be deadlocked, and which will allow a dark horse candidate to come on the scene and win. He believes that will be General Curry. I hope that is true. Check out the links below.

4th cable snaps, Qatar-UAE traffic disrupted

In less than a week’s time, a fourth submarine cable was severed in West Asia, disrupting voice and telecommunication traffic between Qatar and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Even though sources attributed the disruption on Sunday night to power outage and not a ship’s anchor that affected the earlier two Mediterranean cables (FLAG Telecom’s FLAG Europe-Asia cable and SeaMeWe-4), thousands of bloggers across the world are attributing this to a possible sabotage in the Mediterranean Sea in a bid to isolate Iran.

Cutting these cables might affect Iran’s ability to defend itself since communication is of vital importance during military action, they allege.

I wonder if the cables could have been cut with lasers. If so, wouldn't the US have that kind of technology? If so, I wonder if it COULD be us, or someone that we have sold this technology to, to hurt countries like Iran? Egypt is friendly right? I thought I saw something where Bush talked with them. Anyway, the other countries could have been from residual effects. I am not saying it is a conspiracy (at least not intentionally) just wonder if it could be a new military tactical move. If so, I think it is GENUS!

Transformed UN proposed to create 'new world order'

Gordon Brown has begun secret talks with other world leaders on far-reaching reform of the United Nations Security Council as part of a drive to create a "new world order" and "global society".


The Prime Minister is drawing up plans to expand the number of permanent members in a move that will provoke fears that the veto enjoyed by Britain could be diluted eventually. The United States, France, Russia and China also have a veto but the number of members could be doubled to include India, Germany, Japan, Brazil and one or two African nations.

Mr Brown has discussed a shake-up of a structure created in 1945 to reflect the world's new challenges and power bases during his four-day trip to China and India. Last night, British sources revealed "intense discussions" on UN reform were under way and Mr Brown raised it whenever he met another world leader.

The Prime Minister believes the UN is punching below its weight. In 2003, it failed to agree on a fresh resolution giving explicit approval for military action in Iraq. George Bush then acted unilaterally, winning the support of Tony Blair.

UN reform is highly sensitive and Britain will not yet publish formal proposals for fear of uniting opponents against them. Mr Brown is trying to build a consensus for change first.

His aides are adamant that the British veto will not be negotiated away. One option is for the nations who join not to have a veto, at least initially. In a speech in Delhi today, the Prime Minister will say: "I support India's bid for a permanent place – with others – on an expanded UN Security Council." However, he is not backing Pakistan's demand for a seat if India wins one.

Mr Brown will unveil a proposal for the UN to spend £100m a year on setting up a "rapid reaction force" to stop "failed states" sliding back into chaos after a peace deal has been reached. Civilians such as police, administrators, judges and lawyers would work alongside military peace-keepers. "There is limited value in military action to end fighting if law and order does not follow," he will say. "So we must do more to ensure rapid reconstruction on the ground once conflicts are over – and combine traditional humanitarian aid and peace-keeping with stabilisation, recovery and development."

He will call for the World Bank to lead the fight against climate change as well as poverty in the developing world, and argue that the International Monetary Fund should prevent crises like the credit crunch rather than just resolve them.

Arriving in Delhi yesterday, Mr Brown said he wanted a "partnership of equals" between Britain and India as he called for closer trade links and co-operation against terrorism. He announced £825m of aid over the next three years – £500m of which will be spent on health and education.

Mr Brown is to bring back honorary knighthoods and other awards for cricketers from Commonwealth countries. He said: "Cricket is one of the great things that bind the Commonwealth together. It used to be that great cricketers from the Commonwealth would be recognised by the British nation I would like to see some of the great players in the modern era honoured."

Security Council membership

The UN Security Council's membership has remained virtually unchanged since it first met in 1946.

Great Britain, the United States, the then Soviet Union, China and France were designated permanent members of the UN's most powerful body.

Initially, six other countries were elected to serve two-year spells on the council – in 1946 they were Australia, Brazil, Egypt, Mexico, the Netherlands and Poland.

The number of elected members, who are chosen to cover all parts of the globe, was increased to 10 in 1965. They are currently Belgium, Burkina Faso, Costa Rica, Croatia, Indonesia, Italy, Libya, Panama, South Africa and Vietnam.

Decisions made by the council require nine "yes" votes out of 15. Each permanent member has a veto over resolutions.

The issue of UN reform has long been on the agenda. One suggestion is that permanent membership could be expanded to 10 with India, Japan, Germany, Brazil and South Africa taking places. Any reform requires 128 nations, two-thirds, to support it in the assembly.

On the early morning of April 21st, 2002, I believe the Lord spoke to me in a dream.

I saw myself inside of the White House of the United States of America. I knew that President Bush had just moved out and the next President was to move in. I heard or knew that President Bush's presidency was represented by the color "yellow" (seems like I saw a pale yellow). I heard."The tribulation has already begun, but some haven't recognized it as having begun yet." I also heard, "Some have wondered if President Bush is the anti-Christ, but he is NOT ." and "President Bush will complete out his term." The next President was yet to move in, and I saw that his color was a drab bluish-grey, yet I was perplexed because if the new President hadn’t actually moved in yet, why was I seeing the White House walls painted in this drab gray color already?

While I was in the White House, I had the feeling of dread in my heart and I just wanted to get out of there and run, and I heard these words about the next President or Leader. "HE WILL BE DREADFUL AND FEARFUL. JOY WILL ESCAPE AT THAT TIME. IT WILL BE A TIME TO FLEE, TO ESCAPE." I also heard that the next President "WILL BE THE END." I heard these exact words . "WITHIN 48 MONTHS WILL BE THE END!" (That was the timeframe I heard at the time that I had the dream, in April 2002. )

But then I heard these reassurances from The Lord. "BUT, THOSE WHO LOOK TO ME, I WILL EXALT, I WILL KEEP."

The Lord speaks to give warning to the erring and to give hope to the righteous. God's judgments always come with the HOPE OF REDEMPTION for HIS REMNANT, THE SPOTLESS BRIDE OF CHRIST. Soon it will be a time unlike any time known to us. IT WILL BE A TIME OF DREAD, AND JOY SHALL ESCAPE. (Isaiah 15-16, Joel 1-3, Isaiah 24-26, Jeremiah 48).

God's Judgment Preceeded by A Warning with A Timeframe
For those of you skeptical of timeframes, as I was. The Lord showed me Isaiah, chapters 15-16, which is about the judgement decreed against Moab. I saw correlations of what I heard in my dream and what is written in this passage of scripture. My eyes were opened with this passage:

Isaiah 16:13-14 -- This is the word the Lord has already spoken concerning Moab. But now the Lord says: "WITHIN THREE YEARS, as a servant is bound by contract would count them, Moab's splendor and all her many people will be despised,and her survivors will be very few and feeble."

I was praying about this dream in Sept 2002, when I released a first draft to a handful of people. That same week, I saw the headlines read "Thousands FLEE Isadora". Also, that same week, my 8 year old son brought me a book to read to him called The Trail of Tears, which is about the American Indians being forced to flee from their homes and land to reservations set aside for them by the American government. (He then fell asleep after I started reading it to him, and has never brought it to me again.) However, when the Lord showed me Isaiah 15-16, and specifically Isaiah 16:13-14, I learned that God does speak warnings with timeframes, in one particular circumstance.

What is the one circumstance found, in scripture, in which God gives a warning with a timeframe attached to it? . BEFORE HE BRINGS DESTRUCTION AND DESOLATION*, TO GIVE WARNING TO THOSE WHO WILL LISTEN.

Other examples of scriptures, where the Lord has spoken TIMEFRAMES BEFORE JUDGEMENT AND DESOLATION*:

Isaiah 7:9b. "Within sixty-five years Ephraim will be too shattered to be a people."
Isaiah 21:16 - This is what the Lord says to me: "Within one year, as a servant bound by contract would count it, all the pomp of Kedar will come to an end."
This is very important to understand.

Every usage, by God in scripture, using the words "within ." And a given timeframe had to do with god's warning of pending judgment by destruction and desolation. In God's great mercy and grace, before the destruction, he warns the people, and even gives them a timeframe in order to get their lives and hearts in order before the day of his wrath upon them.

* Desolation -- to make the land forlorn, devoid of inhabitants.

To those who will hear, I believe that this dream speaks a loud warning to the coming destruction and desolation of America.

Luke 21:34-36 (NKJV)
34 "But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkeness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly.
35 For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36 Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man."

Let the Wicked Forsake His Ways

Isaiah 55:6-7 - "Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon."

After prayer, The Lord gave me this encouragement for His children:

Iran will have nuclear weapon in three years: Mossad

Israel's Mossad spy agency estimates Iran will develop a nuclear weapon within three years and continue to provide rockets to regional armed groups, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.
Mossad director Meir Dagan, in an intelligence assessment presented to Israel's powerful foreign affairs and defence committee on Monday, said the Jewish state would face increased threats on all fronts, Maariv daily said.

Dagan's estimate of Iran's nuclear ambitions differs sharply from an assessment by the US intelligence community late last year that said Iran had mothballed its nuclear weapons programme in 2003.

That report compiled by 16 US intelligence agencies said the Islamic republic would not be able to attain a nuclear weapon until 2015.

Israel has questioned those findings, claiming that although Iran may have temporarily halted its nuclear drive five years ago it has since relaunched it while pressing ahead with a public uranium enrichment programme.

Tehran has always insisted its nuclear programme is for peaceful purposes.

In Monday's report, Dagan also predicted that Tehran would continue to supply more and better rockets and training to Palestinian militant groups in the Gaza Strip.

Dagan added that Iran's allies Syria and the Lebanese Shiite militia Hezbollah were also working to develop an increased rocket ability.

"Syria is improving its surface-to-surface missile system and today the quantity of missiles and rockets is twice as large as two years ago," Dagan said, according to Maariv.

Israel has long perceived Iran as its greatest threat, especially after Iran's President Mahmud Ahmadinejad relaunched its nuclear enrichment programme and repeatedly predicted the demise of the Jewish state.

US threat to Iran lessens despite Tehran defiance: think tank

The threat of US military action against Iran has decreased, even though Tehran seems determined to flout United Nations resolutions, a leading security think tank said Tuesday.
There is no near-term prospect of US strikes on Iran even though Tehran is making progress with a new generation of nuclear centrifuges, said the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS).

December's US National Intelligence Estimate report concluded that Tehran had shelved its nuclear weapons programme in 2003. Iran rejects Western fears that it is covertly developing nuclear weapons.

The NIE consensus finding of all 16 US spy agencies "changed the dynamics of efforts to curb Iran's dual-use nuclear programme," said Doctor John Chipman, the IISS director-general and chief executive.

"It had the effect of taking off the table the near-term prospect of US military action."

Russia's delivery of 82 tonnes of low-enriched uranium fuel "removed another form of leverage over Iran although it also underscored questions about the purpose of the Natanz enrichment plan," he told reporters.

The UN Security Council held informal talks earlier this month on a third sanctions resolution. Proposed new measures include an outright travel ban on officials involved in Tehran's nuclear and missile programmes and inspections of shipments to and from Iran.

In calling for vigilance, a third resolution "would provide the basis for further independent European Union action in restricting trade credits and interactions with Iranian national banks," Chipman said.

A "deepening cutback in Western investment" would potentially add to Iran's "economic troubles", he added.

However, "Iran shows no sign of abiding by Security Council demands to stop its current enrichment activity and indeed Tehran is moving ahead with a new generation of more efficient centrifuges," he said.

Chipman said the report due later this month by the UN's nuclear watchdog chief Mohamed ElBaradei's should "shed more light" on that issue.

"Confirmation of Iranian progress with the new centrifuges would, in principle, add to the sense of urgency about how soon Iran could produce enough highly enriched uranium for a nuclear weapon," he said

Russia worried over Iran's missile test

A senior Russian diplomat on Wednesday voiced concern about Iran's launch of a rocket, saying it has raised suspicions about its nuclear program, Russian news reports said Russian news agencies quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov as saying that Monday's launch of an Iranian research rocket has raised questions about the direction of Iran's nuclear program.

The statement appeared to indicate that Moscow, which in the past has been skeptical about Iran's missile capability, increasingly shares Western concerns about Teheran's course.

"It adds to general suspicions of Iran regarding its potential desire to build nuclear weapons," Losyukov was quoted as saying. "Long-range missiles are one of the components ...

Over the last several years I've heard and seen so many obvious lies told on TV, radio, in newspapers and magazines and on the internet that I couldn't possibly keep up with al of them. And yet I hear and see average people all around me buying into ridiculous lies and repeating them ad nauseum. There must be a payoff for the liars or they wouldn't continue telling obvious lies.

I hope you're right, but I've got to tell you that I have little faith that the U.S. is going to extend itself beyond Iraq right now--save for us being physically attacked on our own turf. I never in my whole life have had such a lack of faith and confidence in the U.S. Government. We are blessed with the most powerful military on earth, with the absolute best fighting men and women, and it is too often kept in shackles. With an Obama or Clinton presidency, it will be worse. Fortunately, Israel has The Father to protect her, (what else does she need?) because I don't think we'll step in.

I doubt that it would. Most in the church are oblivious to prophecy and even if they heard about it, might scoff at it. Many in the church are so lukewarm. BUT, this is not to say that God Himself wouldn't use it. Apart from God moving their hearts, I highly doubt it would move most that don't know or don't care about Bible prophecy.
